First of all ,room had funny odor, smelled like moth balls , stagnite water. Room was very small and bathroom was even smaller. We requested other room , 3 rooms later ,we asked manager to just let us check out. She said we would be charged 55.00 for entering room. Manager was very unfreindly and was not willing to let us check out. Called 800# they couldn't convince manager to let us check out . Had to settle for room or be charged for early check out. Over all terrible experience at Holiday Inn. Next time I'm in Los Angeles I know where not to stay.

It was OK, except that the maid gave us sheets with urine stains on them. I guess they had been through the wash and were still yellow. But disgusting. !! And we must have overpaid for the area and our room. ;ease work with your cleaning staff to look at what they are doing. We prepaid and I think we paid too much.

It will be more helpful to customers if the reservation procedure of the shuttle bus to Disney is written down at an easy-to-be found area in the lobby. The schedule should be fixed for the whole week. We were told that it can be changed daily and thus, we need to wait till night time to know the time of the 1st shuttle. It is not very convenient to plan for our trip. While appreciating the free shuttle, we felt that the procedure was not consistent. We were told that, we should call in the same morning to reserve the shuttle bus. Then, on one morning, we were told that all the seats of 7:15am bus were already fully booked the night before. So, we had no choice but waited for the 8:30am bus.
Secondly, pillows were too hard for us. Not sure about others. Small thing but the cabinet top was not cleaned completely. Some of our previously spilt chocolate powder were still there.
Other than that, our stay were good. All Staff was courteous.

Such a great hotel and good price. The new remodeling is so nice!! The staff was very helpful and the food and service excellent!!

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to where my family lives. A great location if you want to see local attractions. Due to its close proximity to the freeway, I would recommend asking for a room facing the pool. Rooms are comfortable and the area is safe. Lot's of restaurants within walking distance, plus there is a restaurant at the location.

I do not plan on staying here again or recommending this hotel. The pros are that location was a easy to navigate the area and the kids enjoyed the pool. The Cons was There was Zero recognition as a Reward Club Member. There was NO interaction with the staff after initial check-in. I am sure there was a better value had I chosen to look. I was not impressed with this establishment. I am a devoted Reward Card customer but this establishment made me feel as I was just another head in a bed and just comfortable with the location as a crutch.

I really enjoy my stay at these hotel, everyone was kind and Tom at the front desk went out of his way to make sure my stay was enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend others to stay there as well as have them look for Tom!

I had a great time at the hotel but on the last day I was there I had everything loaded into my car but had a few hours before I left. I left my leftovers in the frige and when I returned to the room before I checked out it was gone. I did not appreciate this.

So we stayed at the hotel again as we decided to do Disneyland during the Thanksgiving week, as usual this hotel is just fabulous, and if there are any negative reviews which lowers it's overall rating it is because they are renovating which is temporary and part of any upscale hotel remaining so, This is by far the best bet for going to Disneyland, courteous drivers shuttle you right to Disneyland, the hotel is very reasonable, far less in cost than equivalent hotels right next to Disneyland , the shuttle ride is less than 10 minutes, all amenities and a target near by. The staff, Thom, Yvette, Angelina, Benny, Victor, Nancy and Rita to name a few are the most courteous HI staff I have ever met.
This hotel is a four star gem at a three star price. The pool is also one of the nicest I have seen at a HI.
With family or on business this hotel is a find, I emphatically have recommended this hotel to many friends and collegues, and they have all agreed it is ideal!!

My family and I came from San Diego to visit Knott's Berry Farm. We stayed at the Buena Park Holiday Inn. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out it was a very smooth and easy process. The hotel was very welcoming and the check in process was very fast; it was great as we spent 12 hours at Knott's Berry Farm. The kids loved eating outside on the patio overlooking the swimming pool. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this Holiday Inn in Buena Park for one night to celebrate my son's birthday at the Pirate Dinner. No one told us that the hotel was being renovated. The usual front desk set up was an 8' ft table with a computer and phone. In and of itself this wasn't bad but functions you would normally find at a front desk were scattered all over. The AC in the room did not work which made for a very uncomfortable night. I asked for directions to a local church; good thing I didn't listen because I would have gone the wrong way. Finally, when I mentioned the problem with the room AC to the front desk clerk, she said, 'Did you tell anybody? Not much we can do if you don't tell anybody." She was uninterested in helping or providing a decent level of customer service. For what we paid (and I paid for 2 rooms), this hotel is not worth it. Plenty of fast food places to eat around the hotel. We forgot our toothbrush and the front desk brought some up quickly; that was nice.

I was looking for walking distance to Knott's and shuttle to Cakifornia Adventures and a good price. This location fit the bill perfectly for my trip. Staff was great and very helpful and allowed an early check in after we had already been traveling since 3a. The room was very clean, but the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan so the ceiling needed a little TLC. Overall I would stay again in a heartbeat and would suggest to others. Thank you for a great stay.

Even under construction the lobby was clean, and comfortable.
The room was better than expected. Only downside was the lobby 'store' wasn't open all night, and the soda machines were out of most selections.

We had 3 rooms with our group and we were there to go to Disneyland's Halloween Party. Great location to park.
The rooms were newly renovated, great beds, refrigerator in every room, etc.
Excellent Staff- everyone had a great time.

Overall the stay was OK. The rooms were clean and updated, but the front desk staff were extremely unhelpful and not welcoming at all. Unable to get timely service. Most of the staff in general were not very friendly. Will probably choose another hotel to the next time we are in the area

I HAD A DRINK AFTER A 19 HOUR CAR RIDE WITH TODDLERS. THE STAFF MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED AND GAVE ME THE WONDERFUL WELCOME GIFT AT THE FRONT DESK AND MY ROOMS AC WAS ALREADY ON WHICH ON A 98 DEGREE DAY WAS DEFINITLY A PLUS. I STAYED HERE BECAUSE THE MARATHON FOR DISNEYLAND WAS SELLING OUT OTHER HOTELS. I WOULD HAVE STAYED FOR MORE NIGHTS BUT IT WASNT CLOSE ENOUGH FOR ME TO THE PARK. IF I GO TO KNOTTS BERRY I WILL MAKE SURE I STAY HERE. A+++ FOR THE STAFF.

This is our preferred hotel whenever we go to Disneyland, they have a shuttle to and return to Disneyland with just the most courteous drivers (thanks Victor and Benny). Thom the service manager makes you feel like family , Yvette and Angelina are as nice as I have ever met at any hotel. This hotel is based on making your visit as uneventful as possible with clean rooms, great service and kindness. The location is ideal near the 91 and and the 5, has restaurants in and around, the tomato basil soup of the hotel restaurant is remarkable. They treat IHG rewards members as well as I have ever been treated always recognizing your membership and level. Nancy in the breakfast room is also so very nice, the management of this hotel is exceptional in judging their workers and ensuring their guests are well treated. I would recommend this hotel for business travellers, and families, especially those with children who are visiting Disneyland.

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to Knott's. Very clean and relaxing. Only thing was they were doing renovations to the hotel and parking area, which really was very minor. We weren't there during the day, so noise was not a factor. Would return here the next time we are in town.!

The hotel was under renovation and the parking lot was being repaved. I found it unusual that the hotel had absolutely no rooms available prior to the 3pm check in time. I had two young kids with me and had to entertain them for almost two hours. I reserved a room with two beds yet I received one bed and a couch! The couch had a mattress, of course, and the mattress was about 1/2 an inch thick. Very uncomfortable!!

We stayed just one night at this hotel, on our trip to San Diego. The room was well appointed and very clean. The bathroom was clean and tidy. I was impressed with the accommodations. The property was quiet and the staff very helpful. I would stay at this property again.

I really like this hotel however my bed was a little uncomfortable. It was more on the side for me. I like how big the lounge is however the bar looked like it needed to be a little bigger. The staff was very welcoming not only when I arrived but also in the restaurant.

The breakfast was excellent. The breakfast staff was awesome. Requested to have six towels each day because of four people staying in room, never received six. Had to go to desk in lobby and get extra each day. One day only received three! Shuttle service did not use because of requiring departure time from parks. Disappointed in that regard, Everything else was great.
