Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Habitación comoda, podrian mejorar la atencion al cliente Me hospede prácticamente unas horas para esperar mi vuelo del día siguiente, A la llegada todo perfecto, sin embargo por la mañana al hacer check out, la persona que estaba en recepción nunca me pregunto si es que la factura la requeria a mi nombre o de alguien más, la hizo sin preguntarme y cuando le comente q era a nombre de la empresa para la que trabajo me dijo q ya la habia enviado y no se podia cambiar, cosa en la que m veo afectada xq ahora no podran reembolsarme la estancia. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor check in service We arrived 5 hours prior to the check in time. The service agent at the counter said " because we are an IHG member, we could check in early. Go have some lunch while the room is made ready". We did have lunch and returned to the counter. We were asked to have a seat a wait. 2 hours later, I asked the same agent about the room and he said to wait and he will call me over. More waiting.. Now a sports team shows up and they roll out the red carpet. After they are checked in, our agent walks by us and says to have a nice day. He is finished for the day and walks out of the hotel. I went up to the counter again and the new agent apologised and imediately checked us in. He upgraded us as well. By this time, the day in Buenos Aires was shot. We spent our first day in Argentina disappointed. Due to poor customer service, I would not recommend staying here nor would I stay here again. April 18, 2016
