We arrived 5 hours prior to the check in time. The service agent at the counter said " because we are an IHG member, we could check in early. Go have some lunch while the room is made ready".
We did have lunch and returned to the counter. We were asked to have a seat a wait. 2 hours later, I asked the same agent about the room and he said to wait and he will call me over. More waiting.. Now a sports team shows up and they roll out the red carpet. After they are checked in, our agent walks by us and says to have a nice day. He is finished for the day and walks out of the hotel. I went up to the counter again and the new agent apologised and imediately checked us in. He upgraded us as well. By this time, the day in Buenos Aires was shot. We spent our first day in Argentina disappointed.
Due to poor customer service, I would not recommend staying here nor would I stay here again.

nice place close to airport with free shuttle . Nice people and nice grounds. Hallways to rooms a little dark however.

La atención y el servicio son de mala calidad, al igual que el bar pésimo, nos dieron comida cruda despues de esperarla 40 minutos, un desastre.
