I would say everything was excellent with the exception of the age of the room and the cleanliness of the room upon check in. There as noticeable dirt or dust along the floor in front of the refrigerator. The room itself was very comfortable, just look dated. February 22, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good location and Exceptional Staff Visited your hotel for a college visit with my daughter. The room was more than adequate( had a very restful sleep!) The overall experience was extremely pleasant and exceeded my expectations. Additionally, I would like to give a LOUD SHOUT OUT to two of your employees; Hannah at the front desk and also Shannon. Both of these young ladies went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. Not only did they impart a fund of knowledge about Buffalo ( attractions, dining options,etc) but also answered all of my questions about the nearby college( Buffalo State). Finally, they helped arrange taxi service during our time there. My interactions with them revealed a level of professionalism and kindness which is somewhat rare in today's society. They helped make our brief visit both enjoyable and stress free. Thanks! February 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good location hotel if you don't have a car. This hotel is very good. We have stayed here some years ago under different staff/management, and although we missed these people very much, this was still very nice to stay at. The only thing we found a bit concerning was after we checked out after the 3 nights stay was when I rang our bank to check on something else, there seemed to be a number of items charged to our MasterCard other than for the 2 nights THE FIRST NIGHT WAS THE REWARDS POINTS. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Friendly and accomodating Aside from the excellent quality of the facilities, the staff were absolutely wonderful. I had to bring a trailer and was concerned where to park, but the desk clerk was very helpful in advising me where it would be most convenient for me. Later, I went to the bar as the bartender was closing up, but he graciously poured me a glass of wine and we had a pleasant conversation. It had been a very long and difficult day, so his kindness helped me relax and take the edge off and was deeply appreciated. You can be very proud of your staff and confident that they will handle any matter pleasantly and professionally. February 9, 2015
