The rooms in this hotel are very dated. When you arrive in the lobby you think it will be a more modern hotel. The price is about the same as newer hotels down the road. The staff is exceptional in both the hotel and restaurant area and the "real" food for breakfast was a great plus.

My wife and I stayed two nights on a weekend trip to visit our son at a Buffalo area college. We had a great stay. The staff was welcoming and hospitable. The room was up to date and very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

This hotel USE (past tense) to be an alright place to stay. Then they subbed out their internet provider, made all of the rooms smell like poo matter , could not sleep at all. Would not let my dog sleep here. ENJOY

It was a relief to have the holiday inn at my finger tips. The location so near to the hospitals was crucial. The stress of medical issues can leave you a mess. Knowing you are personally cared for at that time is a God sent. The staff, rooms, beds, pillows, views, 24 hr. shuttle service, and the safety in a big city is so appreciated by myself

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by wnyrulzs Great location and parking
This hotel has a great location and (unlike most downtown Buffalo hotels) free and easy-access parking, making it easy to come and go throughout the day. The staff are all very nice and the public spaces are fine. The hotel is old, which shows in the fairly worn-out rooms and furniture. The bedding is new, though, and quite comfortable. A 24-hour drug store is next door, making late-night snack runs easy. Overall, an inexpensive and reasonably comfortable hotel in a convenient downtown Buffalo location.
