Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Considerate Staff I was booked for a few nights and the floor I was on ended up needing some upgrades in the hall. The hotel desk called me, kind of late 9:00pm and asked if I would move. As much as it was an inconvience, they were attempting to save me from all the noise and they upgraded my room to a very nice end room with lots of space and a great view. They understood the frustration and responded to the best of their ability. They even offered to move all my belongings for me. September 17, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding in Burbank I was truly delighted by my stay in Burbank. The front desk was exceptional. I happened to be up graded to a suite. What a delight. Peace and quiet, able to rest. which was my purpose for staying in the L.A. Area. The only disappointment was the bar. The bar staff was also attentive and did a great job. However the drinks tasted like plastic. There are no bottles, the alcohol comes from a soda dispenser and thus the product is infused with the taste of the plastic lines in when that product does not sell. I hope you would return to bottles again. September 8, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend trip This Holiday Inn was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean but had a few things. Cobwebs in corners and I had a few hairpins in my bed. The bathroom was perfect for me. Even though I was next to the elevator it didn't bother me one bit. My AC wasn't working, I talked to the front desk and in minutes a maintenance guy came up and fixed it. Great service. The location is perfect if you want to do Warner Brother tours. I was able to make a taping of Two and A Half Men and it was minutes away. Dinner options the staff was very helpful. I was in walking distance to the In & Out Burger. California favorite! I also had breakfast room service. Came right on time and it was delicious! Overall a great experience and will recommend to others. August 29, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Restaurant Quality and Staff I am a very seasoned IHG traveler and have been very pleased with most locations. The Burbank location had, by far, the worst restaurant wait staff and food out of any location I have ever been to. Not only were they unprofessional, they were down right rude. The tables were not properly serviced with place settings, the hostess attempted to seat me and my children at a dirty table, the waiter brought ONE glass of water for the 3 of us, etc. I will never return to eat here again. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Decent appearance. Horribly-poor attitude. I used to love this hotel. It used to have shabby carpet, and look a little less taken care of, but as an IHG Platinum Ambassador I always felt like I had come home when staying here, which I used to do often (42 nights in 2010). Now they've done a little work to the appearance and the staff has become HORRIBLE. As much as I used to love the place, I thought I should let the management know about my opinion. I attempted to reach the manager daily the entire week I was there. I received no response at all. Not even an "attempt" message on the room phone during the business day. That is ridiculous. I recommend IHG do a staff housecleaning and start at the top. Until they do I will stay somewhere else when in Burbank. Sincerely, Sadly Disappointed August 26, 2013

Everything you need is just outside right around the corner there's restaurants, the mall, name it. Accessible free parking for customers which is a plus! Its convenient. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay at your hotel We needed a place to stay in Burbank on the 11th in order to pick up my wife who was coming in on Amtrak. from up north We stayed one night. We were given a refurbished room on the 15th floor. We were very pleased with our stay. The room was excellent, nice view, comfortable beds, good bathroom. We all slept very well. The location was excellent close to the Media Center Mall and restaurants close by. Checkout was a breeze. Next time we are in the area, we plan on staying the night once again. August 16, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Locale Our stay was based on visiting relatives, visiting Griffith Park Observatory and close proximity to I-5. We were greeted by friendly staff, our booking was accurate and our room was clean and up high for a great view. The lobby was comfortable and welcoming and a good place to relax outside of the room. The bar was deserted and offered good drinks at a low cost. We saw many people eating breakfast in the restaurant, but we only accessed the coffee. Their hospitality is impeccable and across all departments they are simply fantastic. Always smiling and willing to help. This Holiday Inn is one of my favorite hotel in the LA area, close to the I-5 FWY with lots of restaurants nearby, it is close to Griffith Park, LA Zoo, and downtown. The rooms are nice, good size, and clean. Parking is free and very close to the hotel and ample. The employees are always nice and helpful, and seem to be there year after year. The swimming pool was very nice, and well kept. Extra features such as free parking, and free wi-fi, were nice additions. The hotel breakfast was good, though it would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast included. The hotel staff were always pleasant and eager to assist. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Incredible hotel Our family of 4 recently stayed here for 5 nights. From check-in to check-out we experienced nothing but quality. We stayed in a suite that was recently remodeled and very clean. We had breakfast three mornings and dinner twice in the restaurant and that too was very pleasant. The waiter was attentive, the restaurant clean, the food was good, and the prices were fair. We didn't get a chance to use the fitness facilities or the pool. It is also located in a nice area, not too far from local attractions in Los Angeles. We would definitely stay here again! August 11, 2013

My GF & I were in town for a concert and when we checked in I thought WOW this place is nice, very inviting from the looks if the lobby. We made our way to our rm & it was not what we expected at all. The rm was very outdated. Not pleased, I went to the front desk and spoke to Jiovanni and explained my situation. He was very polite & switched our rm without question. What I don't understand is why upon my first check in that person would give me a very outdated and smelly rm. I earned my status as a Platinum member & I expect that Holiday Inn's would recognize this & take care of me. I would hope in future that this wont happen to me, it was almost like a slap in the face that I was put in a rm of that quality. August 3, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great for work or pleasure Staying at this Holiday Inn for an extended stay has been and continues to be a great experience. The view of the mountains is fantastic. There is a microwave and good size refrigerator in my room all of the time. The rooms are not at all crowded. The elevators on the outside of the 18 floor building are fun because you can see the area sun up or sun down. When I was sick, I was so glad that this hotel had food! Not always the case for actual extended stay hotels. I was able to order clam chowder and fruit salad. The fruit salad was HUGE and they threw in a yogurt which made me feel happy and a little better. It was nice to feel taken care of. The gratuity is built in to the room service and they tell you up front which I find to be helpful and classy. There is always a lot of staff to help with whatever you need. Parking is free and the area is super cute with lots of restaurants and shopping to walk around in. So you're in a high-rise, and at the same time, there is a neighborhood feel just below. When checking in the front desk clerk offered a better rate using AAA, but upon checkout was told it wasn't applied as the rate I had was better. Clerk should have known this and informed me at check in. Liked the shower head! August 1, 2013

Everyday we had to call the front desk to get the correct number of towels only to be told to call house keeping. This is if the front desk answered the call. When calling house keeping to request the correct number of towels they would say yes we bring one up but that we need to call the front desk. What's more we were there for 5 days so it was a real disappointment. Took advantage of the prepaid rate(big mistake as we were stuck at this hotel). We ended up deciding it would be better to right off the loss and we left a day early even though the room was prepaid. Would never stay at another Holiday Inn if this was my first experience.
