Great stay for sports event, close to arenas. The play area for the kids was huge (played ball hockey ). no complaints about noise from staff.

nice hotel..you can see they're really trying hard to do their best and earn a '10'. the gym is a bit small but there is a pool which is nice.
the food is average/good... but the coffee could use an upgrade.
rooms were very nice although personally i found the bed a bit too hard... but that's just me

We were tired and the bed was comfy and the sheets were nice! The hotel was quiet although almost fully booked. Great spot for a stopover.

We stayed here as a family for one night. Initially we choose this location based on excellent reviews. On arrival the hotel appeared quite average. I was getting a cold and was very chilly. The thermostat in our room was not working so therer was no heat. The front desk had Randy the repairman come to fix the heat and it was done very quickly. Randy went out of his way to ensure that I stayed warm for the night despite it being the middle of summer. The restaurant apparently has an award winning chef. The food we ordered was absolutely outstanding. Better than the 4 star hotels we had being staying at for this trip. Customer service has not been forgotten at this hotel and that is what makes it so excellent.

We were in town for my son's baseball tournament. I booked through my IHG points. My reservation was for 2 nights but only 1 night was through my points. The instructions were for us not to change rooms through the 2 seperate bookings. This confused the staff that was checking us in.
We were the first ones to arrive and the last ones to receive a room. The first lady at the check in was very rude to my wife. So rude that another customer service rep had to take over the check in process and appoligized several times for the rudeness of her college.
After my wife checked in, the room she received was not the type that I had reserved. The room was partially cleaned.; The mini fridge was still full and had a sour odour in it. My wife cleaned it up and contacted housekeeping to pick up the contents. The toilet was not functioning properly and had to be repaired (parts replaced).
I want to the front desk and asked them to adjust my billed rate as this was not the type of room I reserved. They told me they could do nothing about it because I was receiving a special team rate already.
Although the staff I addressed my concerns to looked after them, these problems should not have happened in the first place.
Just a bad start to the weekend!
