The location of the hotel, just near the old city, is very good. I will come back for busniss and private when I stay in Bydgoszcz. February 5, 2014

Special thanks to Mr. Łukasz - the bartender& waiter, he was fantastic, so nice and so helpfull (dinner was excellent-salmon and prime rib). I would definitely recommend this hotel. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Must visit hotel :) The interior neatly designed, very clean and has this unusual fresh smell in the air. The room was nice and tidy (smoking room 315). The only flaw of the hotel was a little misunderstood regarding breakfast. Despite booking a room with breakfast on-line we weren't let inside and after a small intervention (and saved confirmation on my email-luckily) the situation was clarified yet without apologies. The hotel is overall worth recommending and would worth every penny :) December 17, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Really nice and good hotel The hotel is situated in the centre, a walking distance from the Old Town. I am pleasantly surprised by this inconspicuous hotel. The interior is a climatic, neat and overall very nice place. I am a Platinum Status holder and during my stay between 14-15th of December received a suite upgrade (room 321), which was spacious and designed with an extraordinary taste with its contrasting range of colours. I would like to recommend this four star hotel, which in terms of design, professional service and its policy could daringly describe itself as a luxury hotel and on top of it all could easily embarrass a few five star hotels in Kraków and Warszawa. I was a little bit disappointed. Generally I'm missing a quality manager who is checking in a cycle of two weeks every room for cleanliness and functionality of every offered furnishing.
