We lost our Iphone at the pool side. thought it will be at the lost and found. Unfortunately, we could not find a track to it.

Its a wonderful hotel to stay and relax in it , suitable for families as it is located in city stars mall and has an easy access to the mall for shopping and every thing also the stuff and service is very good i enjoyed my stay their and which to come back soon :)

After arriving at the hotel; we had a somewhat bad start as the reception staff were being a bit awkward.
However the duty manager at the time came and sorted everything out. He was incredibly helpful and very supportive - we were slightly embarrassed at how helpful and nice to us he was - he even upgraded our room to a suite!
We stayed for one night this time and had previously stayed a number of nights before; each time we felt we got exactly what we paid for. It isnt a luxury hotel but it is practical, clean and the rooms are easy to get to.
The location is also great as it is only about 20 minutes to the airport and believe me it is much beter than the hotels around cairo airport.
All in all, I think it is well worth it when taking into consideration all of the above; and if the reception give you issues - just ask for the duty manager!

The room was always clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Central location (Heliopolis) near airport, perfect for business people.

It is in good location away from traffic and close to airport, it is located in the biggest mall in Cairo where you could find everything you need, food, shops, theaters, banks, open air coffee shops serving "shisha", soviners, etc. if you want to have a Nile or piramides view...this is not the hotel, it is far away from central Cairo. the hotel is nice, clean, comfort, and quiet. I like the rooms and furnitures but the seen from the windows is not much. when I go to cairo for quick trips, definitely I saty in it.
