Staff and their supervisors need to be trained how to deal with guests.

Janitorial very very very impressive, and the cleaning lady a nice girl, the staff are all smiling and quick to respond, relax you choose a good room above the street and this out of your will, thank you very much for your interest

Reception staff are NOT accommodating as well as the manager. They do not know the Customer Relation. I have Intercontinental Ambassador Gold Membership but I presented them the card they do not give me the courtesy and services as accorded to my membership.

Really enjoyed my stay at Holiday INN city stars Cairo Hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, speedy Check-In , breakfast is excellent quality, quantity and varieties, superior rooms are very comfortable

It is the first time for me to see staff welcoming the gust by saying you came very early you should come at 3pm
Although I am platinum Elit member they gave me Lowe grade room than what I booked because I came early and the refused in the second day to change it again for me.
I found he towilet very bad condition and not clean
Totally it was the worst exprince in IHG I had for the last 10 years with IHG.

. It is a comfortable hotel, and this is my 3rd stay.
. Staff at the reception are friendly, professional
with good communication skills.
Breakfast is always great, fresh food with
different variety (The honey comb is great).
Staff like Noor, Jon and Mahmoud and others
are great with very good sense of humour and
lovely morning smiles that makes your day.
I really appreciated Mr Remon's great welcome
Support when my brother/ his wife and I arrived
to the hotel after the long trip from Sydney.
I can't remember all the staff names, but in
general all are great, and I am thankful to all.
