Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good one night stay We have stayed at this hotel before. It is a little out of Cambridge but this is off set by the facilities and reasonable price for a family room. Pool is only small but enough with small children. staff great. food good - pricey as always in hotels if you need to stay in Cambridge and don't need to be in the centre its great, but there is nothing else around the hotel so entertainment is in the hotel December 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Hotel and dedicated staff Had to stay here at short notice due to my wife being admitted to hospital in the area. The reception staff were excellent and took there time to understand my situation. They went the extra mile to get me an appropriate room that my adult daughter could stay in as well. Although I didn't use the facilities the pool looks great and was well used. Would have no problems in using this hotel. December 15, 2014

The room was dirty, stains on the carpet and built up dirt in the corners of the bath room and there was mould on the grout in between the tiles!! The restaurant was closed due to Christmas party's so they had a section by the main door that we were asked to eat in. There was not enough room for all so we had to sit in the bar to eat. The food was cold when it got to us and the empty plates were not removed until we asked for them to be. The managers were running round helping to accommodate those who were going to the Christmas party's and the guests who paid good money to stay were overlooked. Overall it was a disappointment!! No fridge or safe in room and 2 lamps not working Hotel very busy with functions so we had to have a limited dinner selection in the bar area and we nearly missed breakfast on Sunday as time was changed to 10.30 and we arrived just before this and again we were asked to go to the bar area to have a cooked breakfast but we wanted the buffet so stayed put while they cleared up around us The Spa was wonderful and very relaxing, Reception staff were very good and extended our stay to 2pm December 12, 2014
