A great stay from start to finish, The check-in was easy, but the room had a small issue with the door lock at first - but we waited by the pool until we were ready to go up. The pool was looked after and clean, and the young lady taking the drink orders, always had a smile on her face and made a mean Mojito.
The house keeping lady really looked after us, the room was always in an excellent condition. (so thank you) We had dinner there once but it was good, if you stay in, try the Caesar salad. We had an issue with breakfast one morning, but it did'nt stop us having breakfast the following day. There was a good selection for breakfast.
The hotel itself is'nt in central Cannes, but only a 10min bus ride away for €1.50 each way and runs late (1, 2 & 20). All being well see you in August next year.

Other than a shock at Check In when I thought we were not going to be awarded points, and the room was much smaller than anticipated we had a GREAT time. We received our points, they just had to be put in manually due to the recent change over to Holiday Inn/IHG management.
As Americans we are used to much larger rooms! Management upgraded us from a deluxe to a Suite @ no extra charge. There is no difference in size except the Suite has a small refrigerator.
HOWEVER.........all rooms have a fantastic view of the pool and the Mediterranean, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The pool was wonderful to relax, take a dip to beat the heat, and have the Staff bring you drinks. The STAFF were VERY good. They were polite attentive and completely professional. Natalie especially comes to mind. Overall an excellent vacation.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Meer mit einem wunderschönen Strand(ca. 3 - 5 Minuten zu Fuss). Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht immer zu helfen, wo immer sie können. Am Vorabend spontan ein Taxi für den nächsten Morgen früh reservieren war kein Problem an der Rezeption. Das einzige war, dass das Zimmer nicht gesaugt war, was aber den Umständen, dass das Hotel noch in der Renovierungsphase war (Eröffnung wurde verschoben, wir hatten das Glück einfach noch rechtzeitig gebucht zu haben) noch zu verkraften. Sogar der Hoteldirektor persönlich hat sich bei uns nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und sich entschuldigt für die Umstände wegen der Renovation.
Unser Fazit: wir werden in dem Hotel garantiert wieder übernachten. :-)
