Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Under construction This hotel was a big disappointment! We were expecting the usual nice stay that holiday Inn offers but this place was a mess. No carpet in the halls, no pool, dirty, dusty mess. We paid to have a upgraded room but breakfast was not included as advertised. We had to pay $10 a person for a really sub-par breakfast. We were very disappointed at the integrity of Holiday Inn tricking guests by making their hotel look nice online but in reality being a tore up mess. We will be second thinking ever booking at a Holiday Inn again. February 10, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good for the Value Overall a decent hotel. They have been building additions and upgrades for the past 2 years that I have been there. I stayed in one of the new rooms. The problem with this, is that the hotel is only 3 stories, and the additions have been lateral, so i had about 150 yard walk to my room. The rooms were nice and clean, however a few things need attention. One, there was no available electric outlet near the beds. Most have one in the base of the table lamp between the beds. Also, the HVAC system does not have a thermostat, so it is either off or on. Even on the lowest setting, it drowned out the TV. Lastly, the bathroom is so small, that the door to the bathroom reaches the toilet bowl when the door is opened. The lounge was under construction, so it had been temporarily move to the lobby and also dowubled as the dining area. It was rather cold during out stay and with every opening of the lobby doors, a large blast of cold air was felt. February 5, 2016

It's been worth going through some of the dust a clutter to have an outstanding finished product. The king suite I had during my stay was nice and comfortable. February 2, 2016

Whenever I had requests or questions, everyone had answers and the shuttle service was also wonderful! The breakfast was excellent with fresh ingredients and great service!
