Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New Rooms, Excellent Service Stayed at the HI Canton for a business overnight. While the hotel is being renovated, I stayed in a new room. It was first class, and I was rewarded with a free beverage coupon to account for the renovation process. I had an ink pen blow out in my shirt pocket. The front office staff tried to get the stain out before I left; but being unable, insisted on keeping the shirt to continue trying. Whether or not I get the shirt back; the friendly effort was well appreciated. Nice Job! March 16, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Construction…... The Staff did a great job and were very accommodating! Hotel in general was clean and well kept in light go all of the construction going on. I believe this was contributed to some of the dust and dirty floors. But again, the staff did a great job trying to keep the Hotel as clean as they could. I am sure once the contraction is complete the Hotel will be Awesome! March 5, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Canton Contruction Been going here ofr years, contruction has been going on longer. I actually seen an IHG hotel built in quicker time than this contructions project. Well, the main issue was my TV was out. 5PM they told me someone was there fixing it. Well it never got fixed. But the Restaurant and other rooms had it working. Why was I told it was out hotel wide? Was it because they put me in the room closest to the constuction and thought they could squeeze another room out? Either way, hate being lied to. Stay in IHG for years now, guessing this one should lose its rating and be bought out by another Motel ........... Platinum member never recognized by front desk......... March 3, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Business Travel Stayed for a week and the hotel overall is OK. My room was neat and clean but the nasty hallway carpet and the smelly elevator gets old after a little while. Bartender was attentive and nice. Front desk staff was nice too. If i remember correctly the coffee in the lobby was empty every morning. It's time to finish the construction. March 3, 2015
