Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Being under construction, we first thought this hotel was closed. However, the back entrance was open and we were able to get a room. The hotel will be very nice once updates completed. My only complaint was the distance between the check in counter and the elevator. It was very long, elderly people would not have done well with it. June 15, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs some work I have stayed at this Holiday Inn many times, but this time it seemed like they had no concern for guest. My room was never cleaned, never was given fresh towels, considering i used the fitness room both days I was there I could have used fresh towels. I mentioned this to the front desk, and the problem never was resolved. My room felt old and smelled musty...Not a happy Guest!! June 13, 2016

(breakfast was a great idea, everyone loved it) Whoever we talked to raved about this hotel. Quiet rooms, great location and the staff was the best. June 8, 2016

We were sorely disappointed after leaving Canton to go to Cleveland where we did not stay at the Holiday Inn. What a bad decision by our travel companions in not choosing the Holiday Inn. Holiday Inn rooms were spacious and clean. Best sleep ever! Definitely the place to stay when visiting the Canton area. Top notch customer service. June 7, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Basic at best We recently stayed here for two nights for a wedding, along with other out of town guests. The room format of the suite was actually very nice - a sitting room with a separate bedroom. Otherwise, the hotel was just average. There is only a single elevator, that isn't completely reliable. And it is not centrally located, so it is a very long walk to many guest rooms. The Sunday brunch was OK. Unfortunately, as a large party, we were seated in the ballroom where there was a table of food and an omelet station. We couldn't see a second food table of additional items in the 'bar' (lobby). We weren't told that there was another table of other food until we were completely done. June 1, 2016
