Make sure that you shower before 8am....there is no hot water after that time.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn for one night only, in January to attend a friend's retirement party. The front desk attendees were very courteous and attentive. I received complimentary access to the internet, chocolates, and a welcome bag. As a rewards member I was treated very well. Even though I stayed only one night, I was treated like I was staying for a week. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful.

I was most pleased with Shanelle and Katie. I really think that Most Holiday Inns should use the Friendliness, Genuine kindness and being totall accomidating, that is presented by these ladies.They should be used as the model personell for Holiday Inns.

Good business class hotel and convenient to business engagement. Convenient to restaurants and shops. I would stay here again. Would be nice if the hotel offered a voucher for breakfast at the attached restaurant. Also, heating/cooling in the room was difficult to regulate. But otherwise room was clean and bed comfy...with good Internet access. helpful staff.

We recently checked in to two rooms at the Holiday Inn in Westbury, NY (Carle Place). One room for our daughter, the other for my wife and me. At the conclusion of our check-in (fast as usual), the desk agent asked us if we were in town for business or pleasure. I mentioned the fact that we were in town for the funeral of a relative, and both desk agents expressed their condolences.
The next day, we returned to our room to find a note from Cynthia, Jullie, and the Front Desk Staff to once again express their sympathy for our loss. They enclosed a coupon for breakfast for three, for use any time during our stay.
I really cannot say enough about your desk staff. We were always greeted with a smile and a wave on entering or leaving the property. When my wife asked for change to feed the vending machine for water, she was handed two bottles, and asked if she'd like more. It's now my pleasure to thank your staff for simply outstanding service and care.
The location was excellent, the rooms were clean, and your WiFi was reliable and fast. I've been an IHG member for years and have had good experiences for both domestic and international travel. However, your staff at the Holiday Inn in Westbury stand out in a class of their own.

OK hotel, stay there a few times every year but now on the credit card signature pad you MUST agree to pay .75 per day for a newspaper that I dont read. Seriously???? Besides the fact that it conflicts with Priority Clun benefits, it's ridiculous that they would even consider asking for it let alone demanding it. I couldn't care less about .75 vents but I don't like being forced to sign that I will pay for something I didn't ask for. And the Garbage truck at 5 AM banging the dumpster around? I should have remenbered that from the previous stay. Never again.
