Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lodging and Dining all in one stop. Although this hotel is an older hotel we liked the convenience of dining and lounging on site. The strong deorderizer smell when we walked into our room about knocked us over and there is only so much that can be done to update the older hotel rooms. If back in the area we would stay at this hotel again. May 24, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Confusion The hotel is older but remodeled. The locals hangout n the bar and play pool made some guest uncomfortable. The main issue I had was the staff. I was not acknowledged as a gold member, no bottle of water or gift was given. Then my room key was assigned to a room that did not exist. Confusion at the front desk to say the least. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service My parents and I stopped at this hotel on the way back from Florida to Ohio. After a long day of driving, it was nice to stop in and have the employee's treat us so nice. Hat's off to the employee's. Also the food and lounge were good and fair price. I will stop and use this hotel again in the fall on the way back to Florida. April 28, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Confusion When I got there, they did not have the two bedroom that I had my reservation for. So they had to give me a one bedroom and did not even ask if I wanted a suite. Then when I came back the next night to my room, they cleaned my room like a checkout so I was missing my items. Though they apologized they did not even offer anything (like a free stay) to rectify it. I would not recommend this as the staff did not realize whether the room they were going to give me was taken and how many days I am there for. April 27, 2013

I called back a few minutes later, and after ringing dozens of times someone finally picked up and set the receiver on the counter, so that the ringing wouldn't continue to bother him or her. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendliest place I have EVER stayed at The stay at Cartersville, was the most delightful experience I have ever had while overnight traveling!! From Check in to Departure, the staff went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. The eating arrangements were great and the food was wonderful. Our breakfast was delicious and coffee refills were delivered right to the table by our hostess, which was a first for us. The Hoiliday Inn Express is our first choice when traveling and I must say, this particular facility was the best we have ever stayed at. We look forward to our next visit with them. April 25, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Accepted Out of the last 14 nights, i have requested a wake-up call 12 times....ONLY 2 HAVE COME THRU. When i asked the front desk about it, they only stated "well i wouldnt rely on it". The refridgerator is so loud in the room it sounds like a giant grandfather clock. When this was mentioned to the staff, I was told i could be put in one of the smaller rooms which doesnt have a fridge. My access card has been deleted by "mistake" 6 times and after this wked, i will never stay in this hotel again. Came back to my room at almost 5 today and they were just about to START cleaning it.
