The team is always helpful and when I need an early check-in to do some work in the hotel, they have always been able to accommodate me. Diab has assembled a strong team focused on customer experience. Ron, and Adonis were also very friendly and engaging. A strong asset to the brand and to this property. As I generally do at booking, I requested additional towels and pillows, but often I still have to ask once checked in, but at this hotel, the team had my requests ready and waiting for me in my room. Thank you. While close to area restaurants, the hotel is down a smaller street so it is nice and quite. Great place to stay in Raleigh May 15, 2016
