The Hotel Room was clean and the maintenance staff willing to help with extra towels and any other requests we had. Love Cafe Sage. Food is delicious. Breakfast Buffet is EXCELLENT - Variety of Breakfast foods - The Pancakes are absolutely DELICIOUS - Shout out to Chef Carlos. My family totally enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites at Walnut Street. I had a One Bedroom/Two Beds Suite and it was quite comfortable. July 2, 2015

Housekeeping seemed to send a blatant message that they did not like their job - used napkins left in my floor, etc. Dinner took far longer than I felt it should, but this was still a great value. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff Ms. Renee at check in was a sweetheart. She talked with my grand daughter and treated her as she was the adult in the party. Very attentive and caring to our needs. There was a little confusion at dinner and Chef Carlos ended up being our waiter as well as our Chef. He made us feel very welcomed and that we were the most important guests there. He also spoke with my grand daughter to make sure he made exactly what she wanted. He did. Breakfast was not as good as dinner. Other guests were given a pot of coffee when seated. I ended up having to just go get my own and refilling it each time. Other than that it was okay. The sign out front of the hotel is hard to see. An easier sign to see would be greatly appreciated. I rated the quality of sleep lower due to be awakened Saturday morning by the landscaping crew. I had no plans of being awake around 7 AM! If there was a way to keep the fan going constantly in the room would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, a great stay. Again, the Staff is what made this stay a treat. Even the the cleaning lady on the main floor/lobby area was a very nice lady. She didn't talk really but she was a very kind lady to my grand daughter. By the way, my grand daughter is 5 years old and everyone treated her with respect and not a bother. Highly recommend this hotel. June 9, 2015
