Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great amenities for a Great value in a Great location! Whenever we have business, appts, or activities in the Raleigh area we always stay here. We are Priority Club Platinum members and are always recognized for that and our room has been upgraded to a suite everytime. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is a great value (kids are free) and the breakfast staff are beyond helpful and friendly! The pool is a good size and was warm and the hot tub was super hot and relaxing. Everything was clean and in working order. We have never had an issue and will continue to keep coming back. January 29, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not very friendly front desk staff While this is a fairly new property located among several other hotel chains in this area of Cary , the friendliness of the front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. Bar staff and Restaurant staff were considerably more personable. As a Platinum member I have stayed at numerous properties from large cities to small and this probably has been the least costumer friendly . While I don't expect open arms, I do expect a positive response when inquiring on issues. As noted, the property is fairly new but the Air Conditioning unit in the room is filled with dust and leaves plus housekeeping is average at best. One plus this property did have has a Business Center with two computers so one could handle issues without having to wait for someone to free up a computer. December 16, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Eight Nights Here The high cleanliness rating is certainly one of the best attributes of the property, along with the friendliness and competence of the staff. My king suite was spacious and comfortable, but the TV service is substandard. Hard to believe no HD television in a property like this--and in this "day and age." Also, I had to call a technician to find out secrets on how to access certain channels. Annoying.... Periodic machinery-type noises came and went in fits and starts and made it hard to get to sleep. On some nights noisy conversations came through, especially in the part of the room nearest the corridor. Finally, there was no housekeeping service on the first day, although I could see the cart in the corridor when I left the room. The manager gave me a discount for that, however. Heat/AV control is antiquated, but I was able to manage it. All in all, an OK-to-good place to stay. November 29, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Almost perfect My daughter booked a block of rooms for her wedding guests, and we had a catered dinner as one of the wedding events. (The actual wedding was held off-site). The staff were all friendly and helpful, the dinner was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and a good value (at 50% off). Overall, it was fine. However, we did have two minor problems. We were there for 5 days and the phones didn't work the entire time. We couldn't call from room to room. Every time we told a desk clerk about it, which was daily, they all acted as if it was the first time they had heard of it. They kept putting us off and basically ignoring us about it. The other problem was that on the day of the wedding itself, when we most needed our room clean, and clean towels, the cleaning staff didn't come to our room until 4:00 that afternoon. We had left at 9:00 that morning, and when we arrived back at the hotel at 3:30, we were surprised to find our room just as we had left it. We had to call them to immediately bring us towels so we could get ready for the wedding. October 14, 2012
