Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Great bed If you don't need internet service and want a good night sleep with a better than average breakfast (which you pay a modest amount for) then this is a good hotel, but if you're there on business and need to use the internet, don't stay here. February 8, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room cleanliness and food quality First, a commendation: "Staci" from room service was outstanding, food arrived ahead of her scheduled time, it was well prepared and she was the most friendly and courteous staff person we encountered! Needs to be corporately recognized!! Hard to believe the room service food came from the same kitchen as the other meals as they were over salted and impossible to eat. Now, the room cleanliness was not good at all; went barefoot across the carpet, stepped into the bathtub and there was dirt in the tub; only one place it could have come from. (not sure whose responsibility it is to either shampoo or otherwise fully clean the carpet). Moved the overstuffed footstool, debris under it. Only one light over the bathroom sink worked, next to impossible to shave in light like that: the handicap grab bar in the shower/tub had a loose cover on the wall fastener; a potential cut hazard. Can not recommend this property, and should be come back to Casa Grande, will choose other accommodations. Have stayed at this property in the past, no major issues during those stays; not sure what happened this time, but will not 'chance' another stay. February 3, 2016
