Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Just say "NO" The hotel itself was just fine. Rooms are as expected clean neat and comfortable. What has me leaving unfavorable commnts is that I am travleing for work and my boss pays for my stay...booked through a well known reservations site- not holiday inn's site...and when I had to check out a day early...the hotel would not refund the day...and they blame the reservation site who called and asked if the hotel would consider refunding as this was an unforseeing issue# I was so sick I couldn't work and needed to go home- dr note and all# I'm in the business of creating yes-es for people everyday. I dont do business with or reccomend businesses that say 'NO" and cant be moved beyond the expected. December 15, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel gets better all the time The refurbished room was nice. I had stayed many times before and some of the rooms were shabby. The only problem is that my room faced West and I was woken at night by the trains. Next time I will ask for a room that is not on that side. December 7, 2014

The second morning shower found long black hair in the shower while I have very short blonde/grey hair. I was afraid to imagine what the rest of the room might have hidden. November 25, 2014
