The hotel provided all the accommodations and prepare a delicious meal. The service was excellent and the room was perfect. I drove from Los Angeles and I was not disappointed with this hotel. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by All around good value We flew in on a private plane and our rented vehicle was not available. The staff located and sent a cab for us. Our rooms were great as well as the breakfasts. Secured outer gates worked as well as the keyed doors. All in all, everything was great. April 16, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great - Except the Train... There is nothing this hotel can do about a neighboring train, but it seriously ran ALL NIGHT LONG every night I was there. The staff was apologetic and even gave me ear plugs. Had I known about the train, I may not have chosen that location since there is another Holiday Inn Express in the same city. Otherwise, it was a beautiful hotel, very pleasant staff, clean, and comfortable. I used a white noise app on my phone after the first night and slept much better! April 16, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Casa Grande Holiday Inn Pinal The cost per night was not bad for an old facility. The food was all right but like all typical breakfast buffets the food is barley warm or just cold. Customer service was very good and friendly. We had a lot of changing of rooms because of maintenance problems but we're handled quickly in helping us move and repairs to the problems. Rooms were nice but needs some renovations and up dated furniture. Some rooms are nice and quite but on the outer side of the hotel you will wake up when the many trains go by. Like I stated good customer service and price for our long stay there was worth it. April 16, 2015

Once we arrived we were able to rest comfortably because the room temperature was comfortable and the room was dark. April 12, 2015
