Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by My nightmare of a stay When I saw Holiday Inn, I had expectations but was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty. The pillows had make up and bed sheets had stains. My first room, the sink wouldnt drain, and after multiple requests, I had asked to move me to another room. My room was not cleaned the first night. I had left for work very early in the morning, and did not get back till very late at night, and the room was untouched. When i asked to make it a priority to have my room cleaned, it still wasnt properly. The second room i moved to, i found socks and underwear still in the dresser from previous tenants. The room was better, but the cleaning staff was horrible. I left my used towels on the floor to be exchanged, but all they did was fold them and put them back on the rack. I noticed from the smell that stunk up the whole bathroom. This hotel was a huge disappointment as far as IHG standards go. The upside however, was the staff. They were very courteous and friendly, but someone needs to start managing the place like it should be...If you can drive down 6 minutes, there is a holiday inn express that is way better September 19, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value - Needs Updating The Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The Restaurant and Bar aren't bad, pretty decent prices. The rooms need some serious love though. The bathroom was falling apart, the "non-smoking" room reeked of smoke, the halls smell funny, the wall paper is peeling everywhere; overall the hotel could use a good reno. For the price, it wasn't bad; but it just doesn't quite live up to the quality I have come to expect from Holiday Inns/Expresses. September 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value and Service After traveling for more than 12 hours this hotel was a welcomed sight. We called in our reservation and when we arrived we were greeted with cookies and a smile. the pool was refreshing and the room clean and comfortable. For breakfast we expected the regular bare bones, but were treated to a lovely buffet. I frequently travel between my homes in Los Angeles and Houston and will definitely make this Holiday Inn a regular stop. September 9, 2014
