We hosted a sales meeting at this hotel. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Terri the bartender deserves extra praise - she got to know our names and provided top-notch service to our group! The biggest headache for all of our attendees was the WiFi, which was weak, if available at all - even getting past the password screen was a challenge. With that exception, it was a very good overall experience.

For the price, it's a nice (albeit old) hotel...staff was very friendly and attentive. Had a problem with the bed not being changed when I got there but it was promptly taken care of by Housekeeping. Breakfast was included and was good. Only issue was the train that runs all night and a very noisy air conditioner.

It was a last-minute reservation in our 1,000-mile trip. Staff was excellent, room was comfortable and clean and a great night's sleep!

In the time spent at the Holiday Inn in Casa Grande, we were treated like family. They couldn't do enough for us and they went out of their way to make sure that everyone had a comfortable stay. I look forward to the next time I can get to Casa Grande and stay at this Holiday Inn.

The hotel was very nice and we had a great room overlooking the pool and a green area. The bed was great and the pillows were fine. We did have a weird sound coming from the refrigerator so we turned it off. The biggest disappointment was that there was no breakfast buffet. Our AAA book for the year ending 1/31/2015 indicated that there was one. We did not know there wasn't until we asked after checking in. Not sure of any special treatment for IHG members unless it was the view room.

We stayed at this hotel on January 2 for one night. I had read reviews on the train being close-by so I asked for a room away from the noise if possible. She handed me some earplugs (should have suspected something) and gave a slight giggle. The noise was not only from the train but also from ambulances and fire trucks!!! Also the internet was virtually nonexistent in the room so I went down to the lobby to try it out. While I was asking the front desk clerk about internet connection, a train went by and the front desk clerk said "oh, oh, there's that train!!." Also, she never made eye contact with me during the time I was asking questions about the property or internet. Sorry to say, but I will never recommend this Holiday Inn!!!
Laundry facility is on 1st floor and takes a long time to get to because elevators are so slow!!
Sheets were very old and scratchy. Only positive thing I can say about this is the staff in the dining room were very helpful and attentive.
