Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value - Needs Updating The Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The Restaurant and Bar aren't bad, pretty decent prices. The rooms need some serious love though. The bathroom was falling apart, the "non-smoking" room reeked of smoke, the halls smell funny, the wall paper is peeling everywhere; overall the hotel could use a good reno. For the price, it wasn't bad; but it just doesn't quite live up to the quality I have come to expect from Holiday Inns/Expresses. September 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value and Service After traveling for more than 12 hours this hotel was a welcomed sight. We called in our reservation and when we arrived we were greeted with cookies and a smile. the pool was refreshing and the room clean and comfortable. For breakfast we expected the regular bare bones, but were treated to a lovely buffet. I frequently travel between my homes in Los Angeles and Houston and will definitely make this Holiday Inn a regular stop. September 9, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor quality I was tremendously disappointing with my experience this time. As soon as I entered the room I contacted the front desk that the florescent light was flickering - this was never fixed after a second request a day later. I have problems with the TV controller and did have someone come and check it. Instead of replacing it - her got it working ans said call again if it stops working. When I did call back the next evening, it took over an hour for someone to come and replace the controller. My rate for the room included breakfast. I was originally told that I had to wait until the night before to get my morning "coupon" for breakfast then I was told I could not get it until that morning. I have NEVER had this experience at any hotel including any other IHG property. Overall the property is OLD and it shows. Wallpaper is pealing from walls. Walls have been poorly patched and the pealing throughout the property and my room. I can not nor will I recommend this property to anyone. August 31, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by school decent hotel . my roon was next to rr track, but i didnt care i was just there to go to a buisness conferance for 2 days . i was very tired when i got out of class so i didnt care about much.. the breakfast was decent . not much to talk about August 26, 2014
