Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good option A good sound option for Casper, the staff is very helpful and the hotel is fairly newly built just on the edge of town. It has everything you need and perhaps more. The food is excellent and the daytime functions do not interfere with guests. The shuttle service is a bonus. There is however 1 major issue especially as this is a new hotel. The aircon/heater is way too noisy yet there is nothing wrong with it. To the point that you can't hear phone calls anymore nor the TV and that's crazy even more so considering the newness of the facilities. Imagine at night when you try to sleep whilst jet lagged! The check in process was very fast, and hotel staff was courteous. My room was very clean and quiet. I have never had a problem at this hotel. December 7, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Do think twice Maybe because it's new - maybe because the service people are new, young, lacked some training, the expectations were NOT met. Casper needs a full service, new facility to accommodate travelers. This Holiday Inn was expected to be far above the usual in Casper, WY. Some of the kinks need to be worked out before I/we will stay here again in the near future. We will stay elsewhere and get similar service for less money. December 6, 2014

I went down to the front desk just as I was leaving and I was wanting to making a reservation for the following week and the guy that was working the front desk that morning was on the phone and very rude so I said forget it.
