Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay in Cava We had the pleasure of staying here for six nights recently using the hotel as a base for touring this beautiful area. We were delighted with the thoughtfulness and friendliness of the staff, particularly Gerardo and the two young ladies at the front desk. There is a great little take out/eat in cafe across the street that provides delicious fresh local dishes daily at reasonable prides as well. Definitely a little home away from home for us. Situado junto a la autopista A3, con un parking muy amplio y gratuito, este hotel resulta la elección ideal para visitar Nápoles, la Costa Amalfitana y los yacimientos arqueológicos en coche. El estado del hotel es excelente. La habitación muy espaciosa, cómoda, moderna, luminosa y perfecta para descansar (muy bien insonorizada). Un punto a destacar la limpieza y la atención y amabilidad del personal. El desayuno, en nuestro caso incluido, es un otro punto a su favor: además de ser muy completo, fresco y variado, se toma en un sector muy cómodo y tranquilo, y con una atención de primera. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Internet Please first change the attitude of the staff at the reception. I have stayed at this hotel 4 times so far and the internet is pathetic. I had complained on this before as well. The guy at the reception says it is not the hotel problem if the internet is not good as the service is provided by someone else. Of-course, I know that. But I am staying in that hotel because it is a holiday inn brand hotel and I don't care whose service they take to provide internet. If simple voice based skype calls fail multiple times, then what is the internet quality, we are talking about. You cannot pass the blame on someone else. Very poor attitude to customer service. I have no choice but to stay there as it is very close to my client's factory. September 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great hotel with fantastic staff I Stayed at the HI in Cava de Tirreni on both the night of the 3rd and 5th of June. I have stayed there a number of times on business and as usual was greeted very warmly as a returning guest on both occasions by Rafaella. All the staff at this hotel are the same, nothing is too much trouble and you are immediately made to feel at home. In between I stayed at a much larger (and more exspence0 hotel on the sea front in Bari. On every level the HI in Cava was better. Quite simply this hotel is the best I have ever used for work purposes. As I left on Friday Novella said "hope to see you again soon" and you feel it was really meant. June 9, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Place but poor internet service Internet - Wifi service is pathetic and that is a key requirement for any international business traveler. When I complained to the Manager at the reception next morning, his reply was so unprofessional that I wondered if I was staying in an international hotel chain. He said, he cannot do anything to improve the speed of internet and that the hotel was located in Italy and not in US, that I can expect good speeds. I thought Italy was a developed country by any index and if I cannot complete a simple voice(not video) skype call on my laptop, what is the purpose of offering wifi. I have always complained on the poor wifi in this hotel. I have stayed twice in this hotel before this visit. Rest of the things offered by this hotel are very good. June 7, 2014

Good location for businnes purposes - next to highway gate Many thanks to restaurant staff - they were cooking for me things out of menu - Carbonara and Tagiattelle with ham :) Prices good - next time will stay again May 12, 2014
