Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean rooms and delightful staff Very clean hotel and staff is delightful. Located near downtown off the main boulevard as you get into the city. The only negative experience was the check-in which they were under staff which I waited over 30 minutes, besides that everything else was great. The room are clean and rooming with great internet service and decent size flat screen TV. Only thing was the bed was a little bit firm for me and the flourescent lighting in the bathroom needed to be a brighter. Staff was very friendly from the front desk , to the security which oversees the secured parking lot 24/7, to the bar staff and cleaning staff. If I have an overnight in Obregon, Sonora again this will be my place to stay. February 24, 2013

En este hotel tienen la la "Orden" de apagar las luces por la noche, de tal forma que todos los pasillos y cubos de escaleras quedan a obscuras, si solicitas que las enciendan, dicen que no pueden por que estan programadas con un timer, ¿Quién en su sano juicio apaga las luces un un lugar publico y en especial en areas que deben estar iluminadas por seguridad? ¿Qué espera la gerencia? Demandas por daños y perjuicios al accidentarse por la noche. ¡¡Mal concepto de ahorros!! En lugar de timers en el sistema de iluminación, pongan sensores de movimiento, para que asi se iluminen las areas comunes. ¡¡Pongan atención a este DETALLE!!! January 22, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Buena experiencia. Lo que más me gustó fue la comodidad del cuarto. Las 4 almohadas por cama con 2 tipos de confort me parece una excelente opción. Todo muy bien, incluyendo el estacionamiento y el personal. Fuera bueno que el personal de recepción fuera más amigable y amable al recibir huéspedes. Fuera bueno que el precio no estuviera tan alto. Tal vez para las empresas esto no sea problema, pero cuando lo paga uno, en cuanto al precio y valor hay mejores opciones. Gracias. October 7, 2012
