Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No resting Stay I cheked in along my wife and 3 childrens late, after driving all the way from Los Angeles,CA trying to rest and get back to the road next morning after the breakfast. Well ... We couldn't sleep from 1 to 6 am, because our room neighbors were having a crazy party, and they don't care about the noise and slamming the door every 3 minutes. I did call to the front desk about 1 hour after they start the party, and the security show up very quick, and we clearly heard he request silence because we were complaining about it. At that point I became worried because the security officer point us as the responsibles for complaining, and I didn't know the kind of persons we were dealing with. After 10 minutes of silence they start yelling names and slamming the door again, seems they were having also a fighting situation, I called by second time and told the guy at the from desk to send the security guy again and please do not mention we were the only ones complaining, because I wouldnt have a problem with this guys. The security guy showed up by second time and couldn't handle the situation. Simply they dont care about us. Next morning I was very upset and complaint with the manager, and her excuse was that those persons were staying for more than 2 months at that room and never had a similar problem before. I was very dissapointed to heard that as an excuse, especially from a holliday Inn Hotel. Anyway, in my opinion, not all the time the brand name says it all. December 24, 2013
