OVER ALL I HAD A NICE RELAXING VISIT AND COMFORTABLE STAY AT THIS HOTEL. THE SERVICE AT THE BAR WAS EXCELLENT AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. I DID NOT EAT AT THE RESTURANT BUT WAS TOLD BY OTHER GUESTS THAT THE FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD.I THINK IF I HAD BEEN THERE ON LEISURE AND NOT BUISNESS THAT I WOULD HAVE ENJOYED IT A LOT MORE, BUT I AWS COMFORTABLE WITH MY SURROUNDINGS THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE.

This hotel was new and very nice. We loved the rooms. But the staff are very rude. We stay with Holiday Inn about 55 nights a year and sometimes more. We stayed on points this time, and we go in the guy tells me that I have to put 250.00 dollars on the room. I don't mind them holding a little money, I understand most all hotels do this. I ask why so much, he said for things I would buy in the hotel. Really there is not anything in a hotel that I will buy for that much money, we only stayed the night. Got there around 6 or 7pm. I ask if I could put cash so there would not be that big of hold on my credit card, was told that do not take cash at that hotel. I have never heard of a hotel that only takes credit cards. He told me I could just go stay somewhere else. Then he tells me that the money would be released the next morning, till I get really upset, and he finally says I am not going to lie, the hold will take about 7 days to come off your card. So we are traveling and staying in a number of hotels and if they all put a hold on my credit card for 250.00 I would not have a credit line left to pay for the room. Long story short THEY ARE JUST RUDE, when we checked out the next morning the lady was not any nicer. Just beware if you go here, and know they will hold 250.00 above your room charge. And they are rude and DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. They do not care if you are IHG members either. NO upgrade, and I really don't care about the little water and snack, but was not offered that either.

A nice place to stay, the noise from interstate could be bothersome for some people, but I slept thru it all. The have a nice bar & restaurant and there are a couple of gas stations with food marts for your needs locally as well.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ADF1 Bed was hard but the rest of the stay was great.
The bed was hard and made it difficult for me to sleep well as I prefer a bit softer bed. This is just a personal preference and in no way a ding against the hotel.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. Rooms are very nice. Staff is very courteous. I will definitely stay here again.
