Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Meh, not impressed AC was broken in original room. Switched after maintenance fooled around with AC until for awhile to no avail. Was not offered anything by staff as compensation for my inconvenience. Used the exercise room and there was no bottled water available, just a water fountain. And there were three TVs but no remotes available! When I checked out I did not receive an email with a list of my charges. I only saw what I was charged when it was posted to my credit card. Not impressed with anything and I will not book here again. May 12, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Airport shuttle I usually enjoy the holiday inn, however this stay I was treated very poorly. My connection flight to Houston was canceled so I was stuck at the airport. I called to make sure that they had a airport shuttle to come and pick me up. They said they did they would come get me so I booked my room. I went straight outside and no one was there, so I called the company. They said that they waited for 20 minutes, which is not even possible because it hadn't been 20 minutes since I called them, and then they said because I wasn't there they canceled my room reservation and had no room for me anymore. My daughter called back and asked to speak to a manager they said that I wasn't there so they didn't pick me up. They asked if they should send another shuttle I said yes I'm standing out here it's midnight And it's raining and I still need to get to the hotel. Almost an hour later, and two more roundtrips from other holiday in airport shuttles, I finally get picked up and I'm headed to the hotel where they didn't actually cancel my reservation. May 3, 2016
