I found the room and its surrounding comfortable, clean and inviting to work and sleep. The bed felt cozy, fresh and mattress was great to slumber and get rest.
I enjoyed the experience.

Had a room on the second floor which I believe cut down on airplane noise, it is near the airport after all. A friend warned me that I would hear planes all night, I didn't hear a one. Stayed during a heat wave so had A/C on all the time, maybe the fan drowned out the airplanes. No problem keeping the room cool, well cold actually, I love a cold room for sleeping. Bed very comfortable, slept like a baby. Saw a very inviting outdoor pool but it was actually too hot to venture out. The Restaurant, Bob O's, is wonderful, quality of food was excellent, it arrived hot and the staff were attentive, knowledgeable and very efficient. Although there are several other restaurants within a few miles of the hotel my friend and I had no desire to leave, Bob O's was great. The room was very clean, it had a refrigerator that got quite cold, kept our martinis and bottled drinking water nicely chilled. We never heard noise from the hallway, I was surprised on our last day to see buses picking up a large contingent of tourists, I had no idea they had been in the hotel. We also saw several airline crews staying at the hotel which I take as a stamp of approval. We were there for a convention in the hotel meeting rooms which are also well appointed, although small, and the conference room carpet could stand to be replaced. I've recently joined the Priority Club and was pleased, when I checked in, to receive breakfast discount tickets for Bob O's which cut our breakfast expense to almost nothing. I would definitely stay here again.

When I went on line to reserve my room, I was told that if I paid $10 more it would include breakfast for two! Wrong....I paid the extra money , but when I asked the girl at the desk where breakfast was served at, she told me that we had to buy it at the restaurant connected to the motel. I explained how we already had paid extra for it and she went off on us and said " well it's NOT included and you already got a break on your room! "
I then produced a printout of my online conformation, which clearly stated that breakfast was included. She then gave us each a coupon for $7.00 off our breakfast, but the breakfast buffet was $10 each, so we still had to pay more towards breakfast. I feel that this was a misrepresentation the whole way around. Either include the whole breakfast or tell people when they reserve the room that you must buy your own breakfast. The room was nice and it was clean. And the other employees were all polite and friendly, but my first impression was not good because of the treatment of the girl at check-in.

the hotel staff is excellent, rooms comfortable and clean...would stay their time after time and recomend it as well, the location is ideal with all the amenities surrounding it.

The hotel is good in general, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable.
Being an overseas traveller, the jetlag made hungry in the middle of night, but unfortunately the room service in not available on 24 hrs basis.
A lunch box can be ordred in case of "hunger emergency" but it is not it contains only basic food.
No breakfast buffet except on the weekends.
The staff was courteous, and I like being met by the hotel manager on checking in as airline crew.

I havent been to the Holiday Inn, Chantilly in awhile or as often as the past. I recently stayed here and was glad that the quality and staff were as exceptional as remembered. I was additionally surprised that they upgraded their pillows...very comfortable.

We had a air conditioning & a telephone concern, both were handled IMMEDIATELY!!!!! THANKS!! We have stayed several days with you the last 3-4 years & we are treated very well.
