The Dulles Expo Holiday Inn is our regular "home away from home" whenever we are in the area. The front desk staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful in every way. The rooms are always clean and fresh, and the cheerful restaurant staff treats us like family. I can't imagine staying anywhere else!

We had a wonderful stay at the Chantilly Holiday Inn. The room was very nice, clean, plenty of pillows and towels. Loved the bathroom design. Service was great!

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights over the Labor Day weekend (2013). The hotel has easy access to areas of our interest. The rooms were clean and it was easy to relax.
The only negative was an extremely slow internet service. This was frustrating as I used my laptop and phone.
We ate several meals at the hotel. Make sure that "Charlie" is your waiter. He is terrific!

My only wish us that you have feather pillows.

This location is top knotch because of one thing - a caring, considerate and welcoming staff.
From the check-in to check-out, including everything in-between (maintenance, housekeeping, lifeguard, shuttle driver and restaurant team) the staff is on top of all needs.

We travelled to the Chantilly area for my son's soccer tournament. There was a little problem with our reservation, but the staff on-site was able to correct. Since this is the second problem I have encountered with Holiday Inn on-line reservations, I recommend always calling the hotel directly to confirm. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We ate dinner one evening at Bob O's. We all enjoyed our meal and the wait staff was excellent. However, the "free" breakfast that we were told came with our reservation was actually a $7 credit per person. The cost of the buffet was $12 and very lacking. Would be better off getting a quick breakfast from the near-by fast food restaurants. The hotel pool was very nice - wish it stayed open til 9:00 though. All of the staff was very friendly and the hotel very clean. We would stay here again if back in the area.

We stay there for a wedding the rooms are great but the shuttle service was just terrible not a kinda person to ever complains but this time was terrible. Not enough bus to take us back and forth and they got lost most of the time people were saying

I go to a local convention every year at the Dulles Expo Center, this year was my fourth year and I have always stayed at this location. The rooms and staff are always professional and clean. The only complaint I have is that the King size beds are very firm. If that is the type of bed you enjoy, then your in luck. I will continue to stay at this property as long as they hold to their level of customer care and attention to any problems that may be run into along the way. (Examples are simple things like battery dead in the keyed door lock, extra towels etc. etc)

I found the room and its surrounding comfortable, clean and inviting to work and sleep. The bed felt cozy, fresh and mattress was great to slumber and get rest.

Had a room on the second floor which I believe cut down on airplane noise, it is near the airport after all. A friend warned me that I would hear planes all night, I didn't hear a one. Stayed during a heat wave so had A/C on all the time, maybe the fan drowned out the airplanes. No problem keeping the room cool, well cold actually, I love a cold room for sleeping. Bed very comfortable, slept like a baby. Saw a very inviting outdoor pool but it was actually too hot to venture out. The Restaurant, Bob O's, is wonderful, quality of food was excellent, it arrived hot and the staff were attentive, knowledgeable and very efficient. Although there are several other restaurants within a few miles of the hotel my friend and I had no desire to leave, Bob O's was great. The room was very clean, it had a refrigerator that got quite cold, kept our martinis and bottled drinking water nicely chilled. We never heard noise from the hallway, I was surprised on our last day to see buses picking up a large contingent of tourists, I had no idea they had been in the hotel. We also saw several airline crews staying at the hotel which I take as a stamp of approval. We were there for a convention in the hotel meeting rooms which are also well appointed, although small, and the conference room carpet could stand to be replaced. I've recently joined the Priority Club and was pleased, when I checked in, to receive breakfast discount tickets for Bob O's which cut our breakfast expense to almost nothing. I would definitely stay here again.

When I went on line to reserve my room, I was told that if I paid $10 more it would include breakfast for two! Wrong....I paid the extra money , but when I asked the girl at the desk where breakfast was served at, she told me that we had to buy it at the restaurant connected to the motel. I explained how we already had paid extra for it and she went off on us and said " well it's NOT included and you already got a break on your room! "
I then produced a printout of my online conformation, which clearly stated that breakfast was included. She then gave us each a coupon for $7.00 off our breakfast, but the breakfast buffet was $10 each, so we still had to pay more towards breakfast. I feel that this was a misrepresentation the whole way around. Either include the whole breakfast or tell people when they reserve the room that you must buy your own breakfast. The room was nice and it was clean. And the other employees were all polite and friendly, but my first impression was not good because of the treatment of the girl at check-in.

The hotel is good in general, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable.
Being an overseas traveller, the jetlag made hungry in the middle of night, but unfortunately the room service in not available on 24 hrs basis.
A lunch box can be ordred in case of "hunger emergency" but it is not it contains only basic food.
No breakfast buffet except on the weekends.
The staff was courteous, and I like being met by the hotel manager on checking in as airline crew.

I havent been to the Holiday Inn, Chantilly in awhile or as often as the past. I recently stayed here and was glad that the quality and staff were as exceptional as remembered. I was additionally surprised that they upgraded their pillows...very comfortable.

Stayed for a night on transit. It was easy to find, had all the amenities including a restaurant and bar. The room was a nice size, bathroom clean and modern.
The service was really great, friendly staff, tons of food. The beds were comfortable. Would have wished for more seating in the rooms with double occupancy.

Highly recommend this HI. Staff was friendly , room very nice, and clean. Excellent accommodations. WIFI worked perfect. Bob O's restaurant breakfast was good. I have stayed here in the past and will stay again when traveling to Chantilly.

This is THE BEST hotel if you have to stay around Chantilly Washington DC area. Great caring staff, clean and quite room, nice and comfy bed with brand new pillows, I think it is the best combination for a hotel to be the best.
Internet service was good, food in the restaurant was delicious. The pool was not open because it was outdoor. But it looked great for summer. Definitely a place to go when summer kicks in.

Our experience was excellent. The staff could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Bob Os had a very good menu with lots to choose from. It was nice to be able to get up, eat quickly and be on the way.

I have stayed at this property for over 70 nights over the past 5 months for business and this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at with a great location and a great staff. I am a Platinum IHG Member and stay approximately 225 nights per year at various IHG properties. The rooms are always spotless, the food in the restaurant is great and priced very reasonably. I have received excellent customer service from Najib, Redwan and Mary from the sales office. They should all be cloned for other IHG properties. Thanks for all your hard work!!

Easy, fast, and free transportation from Dulles Airport. Excellent place to stay when flying in or out of D.C. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed an excellent meal at the attached restaurant at a very reasonable price for the quality with an extended happy hour for beverages. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. I will definitely stay again next time I am flying in or out of the Dulles Airport.
