Easy, fast, and free transportation from Dulles Airport. Excellent place to stay when flying in or out of D.C. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed an excellent meal at the attached restaurant at a very reasonable price for the quality with an extended happy hour for beverages. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. I will definitely stay again next time I am flying in or out of the Dulles Airport.

Good hotel, good transport to airport. Good food and the staff are good in all areas. The bar is good and the staff very friendly and helpful

Rooms are very nice and beds comfortable. The bar has a great happy hour from 4-8 "everyday", where do you find that in Washington. There is also many places to eat right by the hotel.

Bob Os
Their menu is stale, boring & Limited.
For more than the 3 years that I've been staying with you me & my group have gone to Bob Os. The menu stay the same. No changes no daily or weekly specials. They even run out of staples from time to time, no French Fries one day, no ice cream for several day and so on.
We enjoy the convenience but please do something with the menu.

I can say ditto to the previous reviewers comments about the excellence of all aspects of this hotel, especially the staff. On average I stay at this property at least once a month and typically for three or four days per visit. When looking at the reviews I noted that one person gave a single star but looking at their comments I think that was a mistake. All other ratings are like mine (5 stars) and this property, its management, and on top of all of that the staff (restaurant, front desk, reservations, maintenance, housekeeping) are the best). If business takes you to Chantilly, you should stay here!

I have had the privilege of staying at this property many times and I cannot say enough about it. The facilities are very modern and clean. The beds are great. The location is close to just about everything. The best is last: THE STAFF!! It just doesn't get any better! They are always helpful and will go out of their way to make things happen for you. They do all of this with a smile!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a courteous staff member behind the desk. A courtesy call was placed to our room later that afternoon to see if things were in order.
The room was clean with proper amenities provided.
The restaurant, "Bob's", is a fantastic place to eat. Breakfast buffet is great!

I have stayed at this HI every year for the sewing expo - at least 7 or 8 years in a row, and every time has been great. Even though it is right by the Dulles airport, you don't hear planes from the room. The rooms are clean, the staff is very nice, and very responsive if you need anything. They give us a great rate - really, I have no complaints whatsoever.
