Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasantly Surprised For a last minute booking while we were stopped for food on our travels, we were not expecting much. My wife and I had simply planned on finding a halfway decent establishment that wasn't going to cost a lot for our brief overnighter. When we walked into our suite, both of us kept repeating "wow". The room was HUGE in regards to what we were expecting. We're so used to getting half the room for twice the cost! Everything was very well kept, well stocked, and in simply elegant. We immediately told each other that we would definitely be finding more Staybridge Suites to stay at when we're on the road. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. The rooms were amazing. Breakfast was well done. The entire facility was very clean and actually had a nice aroma throughout. We had no issues with noise from other guests or hotel equipment. Even the air conditioning was quiet. When we closed the curtains, the entire room was pitch black and we slept like babies. Phenomenal experience at this facility! August 14, 2014

Upon arrival, we found the trash cans at the front entrance over flowing and the this lobby men's restroom a mess including no toilet paper. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk I was assured the toilet paper would be replenished. Upon our return two hours later from dinner. Nothing had be done. The next morning I spoke with the Assistant General Manager who did have someone cleanup the restroom. The next day the same scenario, This time the Assistant General Manage provided only excuses and was argumentative. Keeping toilet paper in the restrooms is pretty basic hospitality, not lying to your quest is a basic courtesy, and arguing with your quest is unacceptable. We won't be back ! August 11, 2014

I had a previous reservation that was cancelled but when rebooked, i was booked at a higher price. Dont pick room 131 because the room above it seems like a public room where there are constant noise every morning. Other than that complimentary dinner was awesome and breakfast in the morning was geat. The laundry facility was very good but I wish they had some kind of vending machine to sell laundry detergent. The staff was very helpful in giving directions. The courtesy shuttle drive was very good because they even showed me directions by letting me follow the shuttle so i can get to the right venue. The room I stayed in a was very well organized. TV was placed where no matter where you are at in the room, you can still see the TV. Kitchenette was good although, I never used it, it was still geat to have in case I had to cook something. August 3, 2014

My husband and I spent a weekend there for a weekend cruise in DC and the service was awesome......from the people at the front desk, to the room and the food umm scrumptious. While we were at Staybridge, there was a group on a kind of religious retreat and I was able to attend and meet some great people. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND July 31, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by family reunion Our group hadn't seen each other in many years, some of us had never met. We were about 30 including children and we came from everywhere. Our stay was very enjoyable. Especially great was the breakfast area where we all tried to meet in the mornings and socialize while eating a delicious variety of breakfast foods. The grill area was great. We shopped for food at the local stores and made our own feast on the complimentary grills and enjoyed each other's company with good food and drink. This was much nicer than trying to get everyone in a restaurant at a certain time on a Saturday night including small children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites. July 23, 2014

I felt at home during the hotel socials. Additionally, the accommodations were nice, especially for the rate I received. The only issue is that the WiFi, while quick and usually reliable, had no security. It would have been easy for a neighbor to pick up my network traffic. June 23, 2014

We didn't expect this breakfast since we have a kitchen in our unit. The staff answered all of our questions since this was our first time in the Washington DC area. We were directed to the closest metro line where we had FREE parking on the weekend for our trips to Washington DC. This location is very close to Dulles Airport and a variety of nice restaurants. One of the front desk attendants was rude but other than that I'll be calling this my new home while traveling. Plus the Tuesday - Thursday social dinners are included which makes it easier than having to deal with going out to eat. Awesome place to be! June 17, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Over all good experience. I had 3 rooms booked in total per stay. We stayed over a month at this location total. We worked 3rd shift so we didn't get to experience the afternoon activities. But as someone who does a lot of traveling, breakfast bar was by far the best I've seen. Rooms were clean and spacious. My only issue was I had one room check out and they billed me 4 nights after that crew had turned in keys. Currently working to get those credited back. After an email and phone call, no word back. I have stayed here several times and It is my only choice of Hotels when I'm in the area. Every convienance met from cleanliness of room, to comfort of bed to the kitchenette stocked & the quietness of the entire hotel is just a perfect choice for my travel needs. Your breakfast & dinners served are terrific! I love the on sight free laundry and the use of the outdoor grills and patio make for nice East Coast Crab Feasts!
