Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Excellent experience Your hotel was wonderful. After a day of frustration with mechanical failure and weather delays, it was heaven to walk into your lovely hotel. The food was great and the service there was truly splendid. The manager inquired whether there was anything else they could do for us. I have never had that experience before at a Holiday Inn and I have been a Priority Club member for a number of years. If there is a way that you can influence other members of the chain to copy your traits, please do so. When we visit your area of the country again, you can be sure that we will stay with you.
