Staff at check-in wasn't very accommodating. I wasn't told anything about the hotel, it's amenities, nor the location of the meeting room facilities for the meeting that I had to attend. I had no idea they had a pool, nor it's location until I looked out of my bedroom window. The Bellhop Corbin was very accommodating and answered the majority of my question as courteous a she could. I reserved a room with two beds and was given a king room ,so I had to wait for the bellhop to go downstairs to get another key. Once we were on our way to the fifth floor, the key didn't work, so it took another additional 8 or so minutes to finally get into the room. Once I did, being a weary traveler the first thing I did was to go to the restroom. There was a long reddish blond hair on the floor along with dust particles that had apparently been left behind and forgotten during the room cleaning process. The beds were very uncomfortable and had noticeable dips in them, which wasn't conducive to a good nights sleep. The hotel is gorgeous, but overall the service and the cleanliness wasn't desirable.

This hotel is on the north side of downtown. Everyone was very helpful, the bartender, Melania, was fantastic, and the stay was overall great. Valet service was quick, housekeeping did an excellent job, and this was exactly what I need in a hotel - courtesy, cleanliness, and quiet!
