Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay when in Charleston My wife and I were here for a navy ship reunion and it couldn't have been in a better location. Close to the attractions, easy access to and from the property. Great views in every direction. The staff was courteous and very accommodating. I didn't see any evidence of poor or inadequate service. Everyone from the Front desk personnel to the Restaurant staff were wonderful to us. The room was small and oddly shaped (due to the round shape of the structure), but very comfortable TV service was excellent as was the wireless connection to the Internet. The shower and toilet facilities were clean and well kept. This hotel, in my opinion, is a bargain when one considers other hotels in the Charleston area. I would, and will, stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Charleston. April 30, 2015

Need to put on web the dates that the pool is open.A lot of kids were very disappointed it was under construction and closed! Need to get better servers and teach the front service clerks to not just say I am sorry.... Be proactive to complaint!!!! April 23, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not So Great We had previously stayed at this HI (2 yrs ago) and were disappointed this time. Not only had the rates increased significantly, but the amenities provided to club members has diminished so much that we would not consider returning to this facility. The number of shuttle stops have been decreased and previously members were given a voucher for a free breakfast - not this time though. I'm not sure there actually was any benefit to being a club member at all. April 20, 2015
