Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Worst Holiday Inn
This is a very dated, tired location. The TV and toilet didn't work, the bathtub was corroding . We had challenges with our complimentary breakfast, and dining room was closed for dinner .
The location is a long distance from the core area.we found the shuttles were late leaving and often too full to take back at the end of the evening.
We used IHG group for a month of travel, this location was overpriced and a huge disappointment .i'd recommend you stay clear of it. Location is totally isolated, with few options other than shuttle or driving.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by LRS135 Outdated and small rooms, but comfortable beds.
Negatives: The rooms/bathrooms in Holiday Inn Charleston-Riverview are outdated and small. The hallways are low and claustrophobic feeling. During out stay, only one elevator was working for this 14 floor hotel.
Positives: The beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet and the rooftop breakfast buffet ($10) was good - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, fruit, pastries, bagels, cereal).
