Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value I stay at this hotel regularly as we have a business account with them. The staff are always very pleasant. The lobby area is very modern and the free breakfast is above average. They have a very nice indoor pool and decent fitness center. The business center is also better than average. The rooms have updated furniture and a flat screen TV. The wireless internet is free and easy to access. The only negative is that there is an active trainline close to the hotel. If you are on the side of the hotel close to the tracks you will hear trains go by during the night. October 3, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No. Soon after we checked into our suite, my husband and I started noticing a number of things that eventually made us wonder if our room was cleaned at all after the guests before us left. There were crumbs on the floor of the kitchen area, splatters from food/drink on the walls, and the trash can was dirty. In addition, the air conditioning in the living room area was not functioning properly. With a 1 year and 2 year old, neither of us felt comfortable with letting our kids touch anything in the room, so we called to see about getting a new (cleaner) room. The gentleman at the front desk sounded neither surprised, nor particularly apologetic for the inconvenience or the subpar level in which we found our room. After 20 minutes, we were brought the keys to our new room. My husband and I took all of our stuff and our 2 young children down to our new room, only to find out our keys did not work. When we finally got into our new room, it was slightly better than the first, but the step-trash can was broken or not properly set (which should have been obvious to the person who cleaned the room) and there was a bag with someone's newly bought clothes under the chair in the room. I wasn't expecting a 5 star experience, but for what I paid, I was expecting a comfortable and clean place to rest for the night, but I got neither. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this hotel again. September 30, 2014
