Business travel; I travel a lot. Modern, new facility, nicely appointed. Clean, large room with comfy pillows and bed. I slept well. Bathroom was clean, large, well-maintained. Bathroom could have better lighting; hard to see to put on makeup. Also, no magnifying mirror for make-up application, which most hotels have. That was a minus for me. Very close to airport which was convenient. I felt very safe. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Restaurant service (breakfast) was helpful but slow. Food was good. Another minus-- required to go back out to my rental car to place a Parking Pass in windshield so car wouldn't be towed. Only issue was I had to park far from hotel lobby, it was cold and late, I didn't have appropriate coat for the unexpected weather, so going back to my car to place parking pass was not a positive experience for me. Not trying to whine, but that was an inconvenience I didn't appreciate at that time.
I WOULD recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel because it is convenient to the airport we were seeing our daughter and granddaughter off back to Europe after their vacation with us in N Myrtle Beach.
Our overall stay was Ok, the room was comfortable, well furnished and clean.
The airport shuttle service is very good and the driver we had was vey helpful.
Our disappointment was the restaurant. For dinner I ordered the fish and chips (supposed to be English style, nothing like it) and it was greasy), the breakfast service was vey slow and there was only four other guest there so I am not sure what the problem was except that the waitress did not seem to like her job.

Checked in late due to a snow storm. We had previously booked a king bed, but there were no king beds were left, so I was promised a discount on my bill. Woke up the next morning with the full fare on my "express check out". I wasted about 20 minutes of my morning correcting this.
Also, it is a loud hotel. Many people slamming doors and moving about at all hours.
Lastly, the restaurant stops stops at 10 pm. We showed up asking for something hot to eat at 10:18; but no compassion, despite the snow storm and all. We were directed to the cereal section.
