Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Much improved but shuttle a mess The hotel was clean and new after remodeling. One brand new plug did not function and ended up with dead (uncharged) phone the next morning, but was able to charge at airport. Shuttle issue was troublesome. Upon checking in I asked to get on the shuttle list for 5:30 to the airport. I was told by the desk clerk they had no list it was first come, first serve. I explained I was uncomfortable not knowing if several people or 2 families came down what would they do? I was told again, first come first serve. I travel a lot and I can't just guess several families won't show up a minute before me. How about scheduling like every other hotel? I finally couldn't get any guarantee so I showed up at 4:15 (along with several others) just to get to the airport on time. This is a large hotel, there must be some system to not stress travelers. No assurance, so I won't stay here again, as I need to be able to connect to my flight on time. March 29, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean No area information available or transit. Pool was closed and no where to sit outside to relax or eat. Elevators poorly marked and have to open heavy double doors to enter elevator area. Heating/Air was noisy. No soap dish Smoking allowed at entrance and disgusting when approaching the entrance, you have to walk and smell cigarette smoke. Poor wireless in room on second floor Business center computer locked up three times but appreciated the use of the business area. March 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Restaurant The poor waitress in the restaurant area was overwhelmed. It was a full house - and there was one waitress. The manger was attempting to bus tables and serve coffee. Terrible planning. Food was OK when it finally appeared. The waitress was very nice when she had a chance to serve our table. Same issue at lunch. The front desk lady was brusque and seemed not at all pleased to be asked for anything. This was the worst aspect of my stay - and why I would hesitate to recommend that anyone else stay there. March 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT stay - highly recommend I enjoyed this experience from start to finish. Hotel is clean, fresh, updated. Sleep quality is excellent, location is extremely convenient - near airport and highway. Staff - EXTREMELY courteous, professional, attentive. Greeted politely (not fake), recognized membership status, welcome points offered immediately. Very efficient in finding parcel that had been delivered in advance. Room was immaculate, housekeeping pays attention - replenished bath products, coffee etc. You could eat in the bathroom, it was that clean. Updated room, great sleep quality - quiet, comfortable. Good lighting in room and bathroom. Restaurant - great menu, much better than most hotel restaurants. Again, service was courteous, sincere, thoughtful. I travel frequently- it's been a long time since I've written such a review. Looking forward to staying at this location again. Congratulations staff and management. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. March 23, 2015
