Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fun stay I was here on business, and the hotel exceeded expectations. The room was clean, kept at a comfortable temperature, and surprisingly quiet for being in Center City. The staff was accommodating and polite. The meeting room was temperature controlled, and the staff regularly made sure we had everything we needed. April 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Parking access The access of retrieving our vehicle was VERY confusing; the parking deck was very inconvenient to access and there were no instructions as to how to access the hotel entrance upon parking your vehicle. Concierge service was available for an additional charge along with an $18.00/per day parking fee. If I return, I will definitely get this service - this would have saved us a lot of time and confusion. Aside from the parking inconvenience, our stay was exceptional! April 29, 2015

The staff was very attentive and friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. I will stay here again when visiting downtown Charlotte! April 27, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor functioning electronics and internet service I spent two nigths at the Holiday Inn Charlotte Center City and had repeated issues with their WiFi services, I spent over an hour on the phone with the Helpdesk, only to have to repeat the same the following day. Also the TV did not work, per the maintenance man it needed to be" reset", fortunately he showed me how ( unplug from the back and replug) as I had to do thie each and every time I wanted to tune the TV on.
