The Holiday Inn was a first class experience. Deborah and her staff was very friendly! The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

I was well please with you hotel. I was able to book a room at 11pm for the same night stay. I was traveling with an infant and when I arrived at the hotel about 1:30am I requested a late check out. The desk clerk was very helpful and assured me we could check out at 1:pm. This gave the baby enough time to get a good night rest. Everything about my hotel stay was great. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I will be staying there again when in the area.

To have more gluten free (even alergy free) options. They were fine but there should be more in any place that serves food and the public. The FDA had guidelines on the eight allergans - worth to reivew.

The Holiday Inn Charlotte University was a nice hotel. The room had ample space, the bathroom had a large counter (which is great for women), and it was very clean. The staff were extremely pleasant before and during our stay. I had booked and prepaid for a room to stay several days earlier, but when I heard we were going to get a blizzard on our travel day I reached out to the Holiday Inn to let them know what's going on and that I may have to re-book. I was afraid they wouldn't let me do that without incurring extra fees since I had pre-paid for the room. When I called, the woman I talked so said she understood our circumstance and that should would note our conversation in my file so that if I called back to re-book, that it would be OK to do. Once I found out we needed to re-book, I called the next day and talked to Katie the manager. She re-booked our room for later in the week without hesitancy. She said she saw the note in my file and was happy to make the change. That was superb customer service and it was much appreciated!

We chose this hotel for our guests to stay for our daughters wedding. The customer service from the front desk and wait staff was excellent. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off at 5:30 a.m. The hotel was well organized and all the guests were out quickly, if it happened to be a real emergency everyone would have been safe. The following morning we had all our guests join us for breakfast to say goodbye to the bride and groom the hotel graciously compted the breakfast for the inconvenience of our guests the night before Couldn't have asked for better customer service it was greatly appreciated.

Overall the cleaniness and service were remarkable and the location is perfect for doing different things and not worrying about traffic.
