Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kenny Chesney concert We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the PNC Pavilion where Kenny Chesney was in concert. The hotel had flyers for two shuttle service companies. We used one of them to travel to and from the concert. It was raining and while our seats were under the roof we got soaked after the concert walking to meet the shuttle. The bar at the hotel was open when we got back and that was a very welcome sight. The bed was very comfortable which was greatly appreciated. If it hadn't been raining it would have been a perfect night. May 24, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor overall experience Blood on bathroom wall and baseboard upon arrival. Room was never cleaned, beds made, or garbage removed, for 5 days. (No sign was up either) No clean towels or toilet paper was brought to room. Air conditioner was so loud it woke us with a bang, at every cycle. Informed front desk on several occasions, but the work was still not done. Swimming pool was unavailable, but no sign posted. Requested adjoining rooms, to help with daughter's baby, and were given rooms across and down the hall. When making original reservation, many mistakes made and I had to call at least 6 times to have them fixed. Each time they fixed it, something else was changed and was wrong. We were there from 5/11-15/2016 I do not recommend this hotel at this time. May 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A home away from home All I can say is that it's not often that you go to a hotel and NOTHING goes wrong. All the staff were super friendly and made me feel like we were relatives who haven't seen each other in a while. It was so warm and welcoming. Mark, Eunice, Kimberly, Janet, Jennifer, Brenton, Myra, and Raven know how to make a person feel special! All the laughs and hugs and great life advice I received was awesome. The house keeping staff work super hard to make sure those rooms were spotless, and I could tell they love what they do. It shows in their work. The breakfast, the executive lounge with Myra, oh how I loved it. I will stay here every time I come back to the 704! May 17, 2016
