Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Always stay with you when we are in Charlottesville We were so pleased with our rooms, clean, comfortable and pleasant personnel. This time though we had to move rooms because the fan on the heating system sounded like a B-52 landing in the room when it came on. We had to move rooms, and to be perfectly honest, it was the same situation. We just put up with it, as my husband was set for surgery at 7:30 a.m. on Monday morning, so we just dealt with it. We will come back, but if it is the same then, we will have to find a place that we can rest comfortably and be alert for the next day. December 12, 2014

However, after stepping on things for most of the night, I checked the floor to find old leftover rice from the previous occupant of the room strewn about the floor. They might have been bugs, but I'm fairly sure they were rice pieces. November 25, 2014

HI makes me as comfortable as possible and the staff is always willing to assist in any way that I need. I am able to relax when I am there and actually get some rest. November 23, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Most accommodating staff and great room! Hotel was going through renovations but it did not effect my stay. The front desk staff was most helpful with restaurants, directions and any information I needed. The room was huge and spacious! I had a refrigerator and microwave for my personal use. I have not had such a wonderful stay and almost wished I had a longer stay. i would recommend the hotel and the location is great for business and shopping. November 21, 2014
