Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by incorrect billing and rude female staff at the front desk I did not consume anything in this hotel.I even did not enter into the restaurant. I did not call for room services. But now I found my credit card is charged for something in restaurant. Ridiculuous! I hate spending time and energy arguing with the hotel for anything after leaving from the hotel. This is the hotel's fault. And this hotel is wasting my time because I have to call and email to argue with the hotel about this issue. Besides, when I check in, the female staff even doesn't know that a platinum member of IHG should have welcome points. I asked her for investigating this policy and then she confirmed that. Furthermore, your female staff at the front desk is extremely rude when I call you to complain the wrong charge. So please check your credit card carefully and make sure any charge is correct. . Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel stay We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The only complaint I had was the very noisy air conditioner and toilet. They both worked fine, but were unusually noisy. The toilet sounded like the toilet on a jet with the loud sound of an air lock. The a/c was just loud when in use. May 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant stay Hotel was very clean. Staff were all friendly, professional, courteous, and very helpful. The restaurant was very good in terms of service, quality of food, and flavour. The bathroom was very good in meeting handicap needs with a roll in shower and built in bench. Plenty of room to move freely with a scooter. Only disappointments were the mattress and pillows, we prefer very firm in both, and these were all too soft. May 18, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall nice hotel and staff I would recommend this hotel as it was a good clean property with a friendly staff. Rooms are updated and have sufficient electrical outlets. My room had a large flat screen HD TV. The only criticism at all was with my food I ordered from room service. The wings were not that great and the onion rings were very greasy. But this is a minor criticism. May 15, 2015
