Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant stay Hotel was very clean. Staff were all friendly, professional, courteous, and very helpful. The restaurant was very good in terms of service, quality of food, and flavour. The bathroom was very good in meeting handicap needs with a roll in shower and built in bench. Plenty of room to move freely with a scooter. Only disappointments were the mattress and pillows, we prefer very firm in both, and these were all too soft. May 18, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall nice hotel and staff I would recommend this hotel as it was a good clean property with a friendly staff. Rooms are updated and have sufficient electrical outlets. My room had a large flat screen HD TV. The only criticism at all was with my food I ordered from room service. The wings were not that great and the onion rings were very greasy. But this is a minor criticism. May 15, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall good, but... I have to admit that overall, the stay at this hotel is what I have come to know and expect from Holiday Inn. Bed was comfortable, staff was pleasant and room was clean. But, there was a huge problem on this stay...BUGS! My room was contaminated by, I guess what is called "stinky bugs". The first night wasn't too bad, only one and I could live with that. The second night, count them, 6 of this bugs I had to kill as they were climbing the walls like they were under attack...I informed the front desk and it seems that this was nothing new. One of the staff members did come to the room, checked the window where they seemed to be nesting and captured one but I do believe that there is a bigger issue that needs to be addressed. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, if in the area, but something has to be done about the bugs to prevent me from having to bring a can of bug spray. May 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Stay! It has been a few years since I have been at this location on business. I was not disappointed! The check-in person who was in training was very pleasant and greeted me like I was truly her guest. After checking me in, I reached for a cookie. She told me that the peanut butter cookies (my favorite) would be coming out soon and that she would call me when they did. She called me as promised. Now, that is what I call service! The room was immaculate and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks to the employee in training working the front desk and to the whole staff. May 9, 2015
