Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor service My wife and I stayed here for three days. The hotel was nice, but the staffing needs work. The internet did not work for the whole stay and when asked, the front desk just said, "that's the way it works here" I'm not sure what that is??? The Business center was inop and same response from front desk. "Did you restart the computer? I guess it isn't working" It took three days to get our Priority Club Number on our reservation. I didn't have it at check-in. The front desk person said they would look it up. Next day it wasn't there, so I provided it. The last day it still wasn't there, so I provided it again. The third day our room wasn't made up. I went to the front desk to ask for coffee and report that the room wasn't made up and they handed me coffee. I was polite the whole time, as was the staff. I didn't complain, just tried to resolve issues with different staff who were polite, but acted like they were not empowered to solve issues. Disappointing management??? November 22, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Didn't have my room ready at designated check-in time I arrived at the hotel 10 minutes to 4 (check in time is at 4). I was told my room was not ready. At 4 I checked back, my room was still not ready. I waited some more. Multiple parties came in after me, after 4, and were able to check-in right away. The front end manager would offer no estimated time as to when my room would be ready and did not get in any rush to satisfy my needs as a hotel guest. I waited 40 minutes to finally get my hotel room. All I was given was excuses as to why my room was not ready. I had to ask to be compensated for the fact I could not check-in at the designated check-in time. I will not be staying at this hotel location again. November 9, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice rooms Comfortable rooms and a nice relaxing atmosphere in the lobby and lounge. Nice stay for the money but it did not include breakfast and I couldn't get the air conditioner to cool the room sufficiently. October 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome! We had a reservation elsewhere using a Corporate Card, and the town was full due to many events that weekend. That hotel canceled my reservation without notifying me. When calling around frantically, Chris at the Holiday Inn took my call. He was so pleasent and took very good care of us. He took extra time to share a map with us as well. After being treated poorly at the last hotel, I was truely blessed that day to have Chris treat us like we were important. Thank you for you kindness and awesome customer service! October 28, 2015
