Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Holiday Inn I've Ever Stayed In! This place was wonderful! Clean, fresh, friendly. The room was gorgeous and clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and responded to our requests very quickly. The restaurant for breakfast was average. For the price, I would have expected real eggs instead of powdered, but other than that, the food was good. We will stay here again when we return to Chattanooga. May 14, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Sad Soccer Mom Due to no fault of the Hamilton Place location, my room at the Eastride location was given away. I was very shocked for this to happen with IHG. However, in giving a review for Hamilton Place, my perspective may be a bit biased. Overall, Hamilton Place Holiday Inn is a beautiful facility. I loved the bathroom best. In the future, I would recommend that your Sundry area be well stocked, especially for sports tournaments. For those guests that are routed to your hotel from your sister hotels, please treat those guest kindly and with respect. May 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Need functioning exercise room and business center I was at the hotel for 2 nights. One of the business center computers had no internet connection for the entire stay. Due to the size of the hotel and number of guests, one computer was not enough for anyone to get to even for a quick check of email. The remote control in the exercise room did not work for either TV. One TV was on and blaring the entire time I was in the hotel. The TV on the other side of the room next to the bike could not be turned on. The volume in the room could not be adjusted to have an enjoyable workout. I reported this to the front desk but it was still not resolved a day later. For the appearance and newness of this hotel, these simple functional items appear to be overlooked and unimportant to hotel staff. May 8, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice property, dirty room. The property was nice but there was dried urine by the toilet and it was very clear that one of the bed's sheets had not be changed only remade. When we called front desk, housekeeping was already gone for the day but the desk clerk brought up some new sheets so that we could change them. Later when I called the hotel, the manager was very nice. I explained the situation and she said that she would call me back. After a day or two I called her and left a message. She did not call me back but she did put some points in my account. May 7, 2015
