Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great front desk clerk This hotel was not easy to locate. The road appears to be a dead end but this is where you enter the hotel parking lot. I was dissatisfied with the room not being vacuumed from the previous guest. A visible stain was on the bed skirt that appeared to be fresh and recent. There was a sound of water running down inside the wall for the majority of the night and that was very annoying. Otherwise, the front desk clerks were very friendly. January 7, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No food, green pool poor service. Second trip to this facility, first was excellent. While returning from a Florida vacation I wanted to stop at a full service hotel so after driving all day we would not have to do anything but check in. Ha. Upon arrival we were informed that due to the slow holiday traffic there was no restaurant. They offered us breakfast buffet tickets as a compromise. We left and went to supper, upon returning we decided to take the kids down for a swim. We get to pool room and it smelled of mold and mildew. The water was so green you could not see the bottom. Brought to the desks attention but did not help with the swim for everyone. We returned to our rooms to go to bed, when we pulled down the covers, the sheets and pillow case we're filthy. Again brought to front desk attention, they brought up but no housekeeping so had to do ourselves.. In the morning we go down to eat, informed there were not enough guests for full buffet but could order off menu. Service was horrible and took over an hour to get food. Additionally since the switch to IHG versus Priority club I am not treat like a platinum elite member or seeing any upgrades as we had before, really loosing faith in the brand. I would like to see some kind of courtesy email system for anything wrong at the facilities. I can't tell you how many times I go to one where tub or pool is not working and would have been nice to know prior. This was the second HI facility that did not serve food from their restaurant. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable The front desk staff was very friendly and the bed was very comfortable. I found myself waking up long past my normal wake up time, which was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is tucked away from the main street, but since it's a 7-story structure it can easily be seen from the main street. P.S. There was some kind of scratch off promotional event going on when I checked in and allegedly I won a Holiday Inn logo item. Unfortunately, to this date, I still don't know what that item was, since they were apparently out of this item. January 2, 2015

I am also a bit confused about my priority club points as the clerk keep mentioning something about IHG group rewards not the same?? She was really unable to explain the difference so I still don't know but she was very nice about it. December 22, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, comfortable and quiet Have stayed at this property a few times. Convenient to highway and NE Chattanooga suburbs. Large variety of restaurants and a mall nearby. Property is in very good shape. There was a small hole about the size of a quarter in the bathroom door on the exterior side at about the 5'6" height. That was the only damage in the room. Comfortable beds, thermostat worked well. Internet connection was good. December 10, 2014
