I am VERY picky when it comes to hotels and cleanliness and take it from me..this place is clean. I absolutely LOVED the decor (the bathroom sinks especially), the granite counter tops, and shower. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only change I would like to see is a complimentary breakfast for all guests and the effort to make sure sweet tea is included in morning beverages.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Ruth24 Staff is very customer service oriented and room was comfortable.
After a long day on the road decided to have dinner at the restaurant and it was a great disappointment. Salmon was very overcooked and dry. Chicken sandwich the bottom of the bun was warm and the top frozen.
Breakfast was a little better but the quality of the food items were poor for the price charged.

I have been staying at Holiday Inn Hamilton Place when I'm in Chattanooga since they opened. Will not stay anywhere else. The rooms are comfortable, food in the Fuse is very good but first and foremost is the Great group of people who work there.
Thank you for a wonderful place to stay in Chattanooga.

My husband and I stayed here one night. The hotel is fairly new and was beautiful! The rooms are well appointed with granite in the bathrooom. We both agreed that if one was traveling on business, there is plenty of room to spread out and have what you need. There was even an actual closet. Although there was an on-site restaurant/bar, we did not take advantage of this amenity. They had a nice conference space. The desk staff was very pleasant and went out of their way to accomodate us when we needed some antibacterial ointment. I would definitely stay here again. Oh, and did I mention it is located in the heart of a large commercial area. Lots to do!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this location. We plan to return as often as possible. You could not ask for better service and the food is EXCELLENT.
The main benefit of this location is that they make you feel like "welcome family" you are treated with complete southern hospitality.
The staff is very polished and professional.

This is a awesome hotel... Staff was very friendly and helpful with info of nearby restaurants etc... Beds were comfortable,, clean room... and the best tv cable channels I've ever seen at a hotel.... I will be staying here again when I come to chattanooga... and I won extra priority points on a scratch off card!!! This Holiday Inn is very highly recommended... Loved my stay

the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the service staff was very polite. Holiday Inn experience was so great that i stay at another Holiday Inn 2 day later in Jacksonville, FL and it was great also.

I was acknowledged as a platinum member and upgraded due to available accommodations upon arrival. Tha staff was professional and courteous, and the property was well maintained.
Our group was able to enjoy some time team building in the lounge after our meetings concluded. Everything considered it was a productive and enjoyable trip.

I was very pleased with my stay. I was upgraded without having to ask. platnum rewards member. the staff was very curtious. Ryan down at the Bar and dining are is an asset to your operation. he talked up the hotel without over doing it..
I have business trip in clevland TN coming up . i would have no problem with staying at this hotel if there is not one closer to clevland.

I have stayed at Holliday Inn's from New York, Florida, to California and this Hotel is 30 miles from my house and it Blows them all out of the water for Service. We went here for New Years Eve and I never expected to have the quality of service that I received here in Chattanooga. I was treated like I am treated when I travel to Las Vegas by the Casino Hotels. Those are the only Hotels I can compare our experience to! I told my wife we will stay at this Hotel from now on when we stay in Chattanooga for the night. Thank You for a Great New Years Eve!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel was very clean and nice. Unfortunately the guests above or beside us were not civilized. A call to the front desk stopped the noise for a time but later they started again.

Nice staff, clean and nicely decorated rooms. My only complaint was the noise. You could hear people in the rooms next to you, and especially when they were using water.

I've been a Priority Club member since 2006 and I'm a Platinum Elite member. This means that I stay in many Holiday Inns each year but in all my stays none have compared to this Hotel. This is obviously a newer Hotel but it was extremely clean. I was upgraded to a fantastic room. The personnel were exceptional from the Manager, to the front deck, the restaraunt staff, and housekeeping. I wanted for nothing. The restaraunt food was very good. I actually ate in most nights of my 8 night stay. If you're anywhere in the Chattanooga are I highly recommend staying at this location. If I had to come up with a negative, and I'd really have to dig deep to find one, it would be the street leading in to the Hotel is very busy during the mornings and afternoons and it can be difficult getting in and out of the area.

I travel a lot on business and I always try to look for a few things. Cleanliness, value, attitude of staff, food and drink, and the overall feeling that I am not really in a hotel at all. Darned tough to get all of these. But I have here. Awesome is the first word that comes to mind. I could not find a way to rate this hotel any higher. Everyone here is fantastic. At every level of the "family". Just to name a few......Jessica, Dan, Don, Chris, Cody, Shirleen, Fritz, Erica, Ryan, Halston, and can't forget my dear Reggie......closest thing I get to home cooking when I am away from home. If you need a place to stay and want to feel like "Norm" at the Cheers bar, come here. You will be pleased you did.

I really enjoyed my stay here in Chattanooga,Tn. & I never stayed at a Holiday Inn like this before. Everything is so NEW and all the rooms are non-smoking....Loved it! The next time I'm in town this is my place to stay.

We were working at the nearby TVA power plant and we had 18 guys staying at this hotel for around 30-40 days. Initially we were all very pleased with the hotel and the staff and thoroughly enjoyed it having a bar/diner downstairs that was convenient and had good food and nice rooms. the problems arose when we started cutting our crew back and some of the guys were leaving. I have stayed in hotels 190 days this year and 150 of those days were at holiday inns. We are all Priority Club Platinum Elite status members and have never had a problem getting our points for staying at one.... until this hotel. As the guys were checking out they were being told that they would not receive the points because our company was the ones paying the bill. After contacting Don, one of hotel employees, he informed us that it was not in the IHG "rule book" and that we would only get points for incidentals. we contacted IHG ourselves and found out this was not the case and that we would receive our points regardless of what Don said. The next morning we were all down for breakfast talking about the missing points issue and our waitress overheard us talking about giving the hotel a negative review in light of all the troubles with Priority points so no one else made the same mistake we did. Don was told about our conversation and then sent an email to our company office stating that we were going to leave FALSE and FAKE reviews and LIE about what happened. When we heard about this our Supervisor called and Don said he was just being proactive. In the end we did get our points, but thanks to Don our company will NEVER stay at this holiday inn again. If you want a nice room and some decent food this holiday inn is for you. if you want your priority club points and no hassle then go somewhere else. We will be utilizing the Holiday Inn on Hixon Pike from now on!!!!!

Stayed a few weeks ago on business, hotel little hard to find at first but turned out to be a hidden gem! Front desk was professional and polite; room was clean and comfortable; breakfast/drinks at lounge were tasty, cost effective and full of personality. What else can you ask for!
