Facilities are very nice, clean, and modern. There are customer service issues by numerous staff members. Upon arriving, one of the children in our party was very ill and vomited in the lobby. No one from the front desk asked if we needed assistance, if the child was ok or if emergency medical assistance should be called after we asked for the nearest hospital location. That child was in serious condition upon arriving to the hospital and was in ICU for over a week. Also, it was misleading on the Kids Eat Free Promotion. The restaurant and rooms advertised menus where kids eat free from the kids menu when adults are dining. After asking the staff about that when the bill was received they said it was just for breakfast from the buffet. I don't think I would stay at another Holiday Inn again.

We were disappointed in our last stay here, but prior visits left us 100% satisfied. Pillows are not comfortable, air never reached desired temp, no ice in ice machines the entire weekend, and rest was extremely understaffed.

The room was great, the bathroom was large, just about everything was nice here. One complaint was finding that breakfast was an additional cost. For everything else to be as nice as it was, needing to add breakfast on the bill was a minor inconvenience.
