First time visiting this property and thoroughly impressed.The room we had was newly renovated. New carpet, updated huge shower with a wonderful large shower head. Comfortable king size bed.
We ate in the restaurant Max's and the food was great and so was the service and the price.
Excellent value, will not hesitate to return or recommend this property. Right down the street from the airport although that is not what we girls on a shopping trip were looking for, but others would find that handy. I believe I saw a Holiday Inn Shuttle van at the front door so that is a good feature too if you are flying out and need transport to the airport. The property is only two stories high and I don't think they have an elevator so this is something to keep in mind if considering it.

I was forgotten once during a pickup from fedex. Customer Service quickly corrected the problem. Overall a good stay.

Also wanted to add that in addition to not being recognized as a priority club member during check in I have discovered that I was not given any reward points and this stay was not listed as a qualifing stay.( I will add that the hotel did end up refunding us the cost of the stay) Due to our horrible experience I feel that I should have been credited with the reward points I should have earned for this stay and given some bonus points in addition.

One night at about 3 a.m. very noisy guests came through. Both mornings cleaning staff were very loud. I was in room 125 and unless the hotel was fully booked the rooms near this one should not be used.

Problem # 1. This is a pet friendly hotel. We chose this hotel due to its close proximety to the Buffalo airport as we had a early flight (5:45am) the next morning and busy day ahead. After returning to the hotel from dinner we were greated by a obnoxiously loud barking dog from the room across the hall. A call to the front desk yeilded no empathy and no resolution. Problem # 2. We procede to prepare for the busy day ahead and get our showers before bed. My daughter was first to shower and the bath tub was not draining. Another call to the front desk again no empathy and "we'll send someone down with a plunger". Guy comes to the room after a little while with a plunger looks in the bathroom and says " oh it's the bath tub, I'll be right back with another plunger". Guy comes back and after trying to work the clog for a while says " there's a big clog of something nasty in there that I can't get out". Solution offered was to give access to another room to use the facilities and to gives free parking #we had the park stay and go rate#. We were given a room key to a room on the 2nd floor. So my wife and I had to traverse up to the 2nd floor with our bathrrom stuff to get our showers and then go back to our room on the 1st floor. Meanwhile problem #1 the dog is still barking. The dog was barking while the guy was trying to unclog our shower and continued to bark until well after midnight. Needless to say this was a horrible way to start our vacation. My suggestion to this hotel is 1. If you are going to allow pets then keep them isolated from those who don't. 2. Considering you have some newly remodeled rooms put people in those rooms first#especially priority club members#. It leaves people with a better impression of your hotel. 3. Your house keeping staff should be checking rooms better so that things like clogged drains are not discovered by guests.

OK- this is the only hotel I stay at while in the Buffalo area.
Business brings me here at least 6 weeks a year.
Why do I stay here?.........
Because of the hotel & restaurant staff - that's why.
Each year I stay here, I make new friends. Whether they work here or flying out of the Buffalo Airport. It is the hotel, the staff and ease of traveling in and out of town that always brings me back .
