I expected more from this hotel. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and the interior hallways were colder than an expected comfort level.
The bright spot was the shuttle service and shuttle personnel. They were friendly and accommodating.
Many hotels in this area offer 24/7 shuttle service and I will probably try a different one the next trip I have.

The hotel is close to the Buffalo Airport, and does have a very good shuttle service. The staff there are great but otherwise not a pleasant place to stay.

Stayed one night and upon check and throughout stay found staff to be exceptionally cordial and friendly, willing to go the extra mile. That was much appreciated.
The property is in great need of a facelift however, tired wallpaper, scuffed baseboards, etc.
Hotel restaurant, Max's, better than average.

I was disappointed after returning to the hotel after a musical concert. It was 11pm. I asked for room service, that ended at 11pm. I then asked the front desk clerk what places were open. He gave me a list and I also referred to the places listed in the room guide. You wouldn't believe it, every single place closed at 11pm. I had been drinking at the concert so it wasn't like I could just hop in the car and find a place. I had to depend on the hotel and surrounding places to feed me and take my money. Yet no such place wanted my money. Why would the hotel clerk recommend 5 different food places that were all closed? That made me realize that the clerk really didn't know his hotel or the area since it's his job to help the guests navigate the hotel and the surrounding area and that may entail recommending places to eat. We are very disappointed and will probably not use holiday Inn again.
