Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible When checking in one of the front desk staff offered me water and a snack. As I reached for the snack the other front desk employee pulled it away from me and told me I wasn't entitled to it based on the fact that I wasn't a priority club member. When I told her I was a platinum member she gave it back to me. The next morning we didn't receive our wake up call. We ordered breakfast. It came out in waves. First came my potatoes then my friends eggs then my eggs and finally the muffin that the third person ordered came out. I asked for a late checkout on Sunday and was told it was not available per the orders of housekeeping. Since when does housekeeping run a hotel? Needless to say I sincerely doubt I will stay at this property again September 20, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by tired-requires updating of rooms I stayed here for 1 night last week and found the room was in need of an update-the room décor was outdated and old looking. I also found that the room was not very clean. I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express in Charlestown S.C. later the same week and the room was newly decorated including bedding and carpets and was immaculate. Like many other hotel chains, I find that there is a distinct lack of consistency from one hotel to another. The front desk staff was great in both hotels. September 16, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room, great food, excellent staff, fast service for everything needed. This Holiday Inn Hotel is one of the best. I have stayed at many in Buffalo, NY and this is by far the one with great service and excellent personnel/ management. Max's bar and grille restaurant is fantastic also. And they accept animals, which is a plus because I travel with two dogs everywhere. September 9, 2013

It sits right beside the airport, and initially I was afraid I would hear jets taking off and landing all night long, but it was not a problem. The restaurant/lounge is excellent, I had dinner and breakfast the next morning. September 8, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by clean room Our room was nice and clean with a pool view. The pool looked nice. Pool towels were hand towels, not very appropriate size. The location is right across the street from the airport so is perfect for air travelers. Very little airport noise. We were woke up on Saturday morning however, at 8:30am, by the cleaning staff vacuuming and talking loudly back and forth in the hallway. A little inconsiderate in my book. September 4, 2013

I haven't been back to Buffalo in over a year so have not had the opportunity to stay for a while. It was great to see the recent renovations in the bathrooms. They have been improved. Great service as always and you can't find a more convenient hotel to the airport. The food is great as always for a quick bite. September 1, 2013

The bed is comfy and you can adjust the room temperature which is even better. Went to their pool and had a great time too. The only dislike : some towels seems so have some stains on them. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing stay for the amount that was spent I was sorely disappointed that a hotel that was rated so well . I had expected more for the price that I paid. I had many difficulties with the wifi service and issues with my room. Customer service had me change my room and the new room I got had a bathroom with a plugged tub. We had informed them and the bathtub issue was never resolved; for the remainder of our stay we had a clogged bathtub. I do not intend on coming back to this hotel and strongly urge everyone to find another place. August 28, 2013

Service was great, food was tasty, and coffee hot. Chris the manager was friendly and courteous. Hotel is in need of renovation. Hotel and room looking tired. The only downside was the bartender in the restaurant was unbelievably annoying even when asked twice to let me eat my dinner and watch the TV above the bar in peace. My food was good and the pricing was not unreasonable for a hotel near an airport so overall a good value. The hotel staff was much easier on my nerves and seemed to have everything in order. The bathroom was average, clean, water pressure could have been stronger, but all in all comfortable room. Will recommend to others. August 15, 2013
