OK- this is the only hotel I stay at while in the Buffalo area.
Business brings me here at least 6 weeks a year.
Why do I stay here?.........
Because of the hotel & restaurant staff - that's why.
Each year I stay here, I make new friends. Whether they work here or flying out of the Buffalo Airport. It is the hotel, the staff and ease of traveling in and out of town that always brings me back .

Will take years to get a free night with the hoiday inn chain of hotels . What a shame.... Need more confortable pillows.

Great sales staff that work extremely well with each other. Very clean meeting rooms as well as overnight rooms.

Location is nearby to Buffalo attractions. The staff are always attentive to our needs. Good conference facilities.

I travel almost weekly to WNY and after +10 years continue to look forward to my stays at this hotel.
The Staff are hands down the best. ... from Max's.. to the front desk ... to the Management! I have never had an issue!
The hotel is constantly under going upgrades and always strives to improve. MY patronage has never been taken for granted!

Location and service to/from the airport was excellent. Room was clean, comfortable and useful. Onsite restaurant (Maxs?) was decent for the price and not having to leave the property. Would definitely recommend.

I had stayed at this Hotel on a previous business trip and it was not bad. On the second stay I had 2 business associates with me who stayed in separate rooms. The first thing I realized on this stay was that there is no elevator in this hotel. The second problem was that all three rooms would not get warm enough. My boss spent the night at 66 degrees while my room made it to 71. Another associates room made it to 70 but that still was not comfortable. We checked out after one night and found another hotel. This hotel is also hard to see at night and a little hard to find.

Heat went out. took a couple of hours to get to work. Never could get warm. Max temp was 70 but felt colder.
Lobby also cold when ever door opened cold air rushes in.
Very long walk to get to rooms.
Food was ok

Just there for the one night early flight out. Very long day working and everyone there was so nice. Room was great, comfy, clean, quiet. Then the restaurant just the best there is! I had been there before and knew this is where I wanted to stay. Restaurant is fantastic.
really a great place to stay for a night or more!

I stay in many Holiday Inn properties weekly for business, this by far was the worst room I have ever walked into. The heating system was poor and couldn't even warm the room up staying on all night a 78 degrees, the carpet was sticky and dirty especially around the beds.. The tub was grey and dirty with hair all over. The room was disgusting!!, I had a 5 day reservation and checked out the next morning..

love the jacuzzi open to 11pm, great to relax when I arrived late. Shuttle driver very courteous and waited while I microwaved my free breakfast on the run 6am. The rooms and bed are 100% better than the cheap competition nearby, well worth the extra dollars.

I usually stay here when travelling near Buffal. Right at the airport, and easy access to all other areas. The property is decent, nothing fancy. could probably use some updates, but overall very comfortable and usually priced right. The best part is that it is attached to an pretty good bar/restaurant. Max's has great drinks and the food is better than you would expect from a hotel. If you are looking to stay near the airport, this is a decent place.

Upon my arrival, the desk associate was very friendly and accommodating. Since I am a Priority Member, I asked for an upgrade and was taken care of in this upgrade.
The room was very comfortable and fulfilled all my needs.
I will definitely return for future stays if my travel day ends in Buffalo NY.
In my travel for work, I generally end my day by checking my GPS for the closest hotel, and like to stay at Holiday Inns or Express when possible throughout NY, PA OH, and Michigan, as this is my territory.
Your facility made my end of day delightful.

We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and each time found that the things that mattered most were evident and fully functional. The room size was fine, the beds were comfortable and the bed linen clean. The washroom was in good working order with the shower functioning well. The towels were relatively new and clean.
The food served in the restaurant was good with the staff being very polite and proficient.
There is no reason why anyone would not be happy with the accomodations supplied at this Holiday Inn.

I enjoyed the stay. We arrived at the Amtrak station around 10pm, in the pouring rain. I called the hotel 20 mins prior and someone there picked us up (no charge). We grabbed dinner at the on-site restaurant and had everything charged to our room. The staff the following morning then drove us to the airport so we can pick up a car rental. There was plenty of free parking too. There was no free breakfast but that was okay; I'm not on vacation to eat oat meal. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and very close to the airport.
