Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable bed and delicious breakfast, food I stayed in the hotel from May 7-12, for a meeting. Its breakfast, the selections is rich, service time is as early as 6:00 a.m. Good and enjoyable. May 15, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 本次入住体检较差 一直在成都出差选择假日,但本次入住体检较差。房间换了三次,因为不确定离店的日期所以只给了3天的预售期。结果第三天准备延住的时候说所有的房间都订满了,没没办法只好换其它的酒店。酒店的房间管理人员Simon服务不错,听到这个事情说想办法帮我延。但是因为迟了整整一天,另外的酒店朋友已经订好付钱了,所以退房走人。 但总的来说这次入住体验不是特别好,希望下次入住能有所改善 April 25, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Generally comfortable but smokers spoil things The room was clean and tidy while the bed was comfortable. Although this was supposed to be a non-smoking room, smoke from another room seemed to be coming into my room and causing a smell. The staff were generally good and most seemed to have a reasonable command of English, however some of the cooks were very noisy during breakfast. The ventilation in the breakfast room was quite poor as smoke from the smoking section drifted into the non-smoking section. Disappointed that the Brazilian restaurant had gone. Tried to eat in the Thai restaurant but when told it was only hotpot we gave it a miss. March 31, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not A/C All the rooms had the A/C off. when we asked why, we were told because of the weather, outside was a fresh temperature, but inside the rooms, were hot. they did not let decide us how we like to sleep, they turn off the A/C and that's it! , wether you like it or not, no option. That was very disappointment to me because I want to decide the temperature that I like to sleep, the room was not free, I'm paying for that and I want it in my way. The night was horrible . Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 四星的价格,两星的服务 成都入住了很多次世纪城假日酒店,但是每次入住都会感到很失望,完全有失四星级酒店的感觉。 1)客房总是客满为患,每次都订不到想要的房间,更别说白金卡会员有免费升舱的说法了。客满为患也就罢了,经常接待某些特殊旅游团,自助餐的种类会大打折扣,让我们这些没有降价的客人怎么接受。 2)据说白金卡会员有优先办理入住、或是提前准备好房间等会员特享,但是从来就没有遇到过提前办理好入住的白金卡会员待遇,甚至有时还忘记给我的房间送水果,或是忘记取需洗的衣服。 3)酒店网速超级慢,有时工作带回酒店做,连发送个带附件的邮件都发不出去,真不知道所谓的四星好在哪里。 November 26, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by satisfactory stay and good price performance the overall experience for the stay is good; except the experience taking taxi in hotel. 1. when i take a trip from hotel to the old exhibition center in downtown; the regular charge should be below RMB50. but the driver was taking longer route in excuse of faster arrival but in deed not and it cost me rmb100. 2. when I check out and try take the taxi in hotel; they were refuse to charge by meter. rather it's by bargain with higher cost. the regular cost should be CNY40 dollar but being charged at CNY70 finally or I won't get the taxi because it's early morning before 6am.
