The experience in the hotel was quite bad. Here're the facts.
1) The sound proof of the room was so bad that I could hear people in the neighbour room chatting and speaking loudly, which was extremely annoying in the middle of the night. I was on a business trip and I couldn't sleep well.
2) Still the sound proof. I was awaken by very porny noise on the morning of May 10. I didn't know which room it came from, but with the degrading voice I felt really disgusted.
3) Even I stayed in the non-smoking room, I could smell smoking, without knowing where it came from.
4) I wrote the review and comment like this via the review link sent by IHG, and it was considered as "irrelevant or inappropriate" and couldn't be posted. No one contacted me at all. I don't know whether it's the style of IHG, if which is true I'll be so disappointed by the group.

I stayed in the hotel from May 7-12, for a meeting. Its breakfast, the selections is rich, service time is as early as 6:00 a.m. Good and enjoyable.

一直在成都出差选择假日，但本次入住体检较差。房间换了三次，因为不确定离店的日期所以只给了3天的预售期。结果第三天准备延住的时候说所有的房间都订满了，没没办法只好换其它的酒店。酒店的房间管理人员Simon服务不错，听到这个事情说想办法帮我延。但是因为迟了整整一天，另外的酒店朋友已经订好付钱了，所以退房走人。
但总的来说这次入住体验不是特别好，希望下次入住能有所改善

The room was clean and tidy while the bed was comfortable. Although this was supposed to be a non-smoking room, smoke from another room seemed to be coming into my room and causing a smell. The staff were generally good and most seemed to have a reasonable command of English, however some of the cooks were very noisy during breakfast. The ventilation in the breakfast room was quite poor as smoke from the smoking section drifted into the non-smoking section. Disappointed that the Brazilian restaurant had gone. Tried to eat in the Thai restaurant but when told it was only hotpot we gave it a miss.

All the rooms had the A/C off. when we asked why, we were told because of the weather, outside was a fresh temperature, but inside the rooms, were hot. they did not let decide us how we like to sleep, they turn off the A/C and that's it! , wether you like it or not, no option. That was very disappointment to me because I want to decide the temperature that I like to sleep, the room was not free, I'm paying for that and I want it in my way. The night was horrible .

冬天只能开暖气，不能开空调，客房部答复是中央集中供暖，室内热的受不了，睡也睡得不好，只能关掉电源。房间的设施也比较旧了。早餐品种还行。
