Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 床铺舒适 大堂及餐厅区比较大气有特点,房间床铺舒适,枕头很好,环境安静。但是房间比较小,相应的配套设施如电视及房卡的使用给我带来了困扰。淋浴房的密封胶条、房间磁卡等要加强检查维护。谢谢! December 11, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 第一次体验成都世纪城假日西楼感觉很差 问题: 1、以金卡会员身份提前预定,入住前3天来电确认到店时间后再距离入住前1天再次去电订房中心说明会提前入住,酒店最终给的房间是楼层的最后一间房(问酒店为什么给了最后一件房间前台的给的解释是当天有会务房所以全满,问题是我提前那么多天预订也联系过我为何还要安排这样的房间?而且当天晚上九点多又给我说可以换房,我都已经洗澡准备睡觉了),房间面积很小书写台的椅子拉出后直接就碰到了床边已经没有路可以走。 2、入住的时候房间还是暖气等半夜睡着了房间的暖气变成了冷气,怎么调都是冷风,房间内没有备用的被子或毯子以致第二天起来冷感冒了。(酒店大堂副理给的解释是由于酒店是集中供暖暖气等到最后一间房间的时候可能已经不暖了,房间的调温设施其实就是摆设) 3、浴室淋浴间的出水量实在太小还没有家里的淋浴来的大,浴室的门关不严会漏水到洗手间,而且浴室的门打开后洗手间的门就必须关上,反之开了洗手间的门淋浴间的门就无法打开。 4、打开龙头都有水管那种压力不够的时候那种泵的声音一早上起来吓一跳还以为是在施工。 5、房间插座离床头的电源没有电需要借插线板来从另外一边拖线过来使用。 6、居然发现床单有4个地方有破洞这是最不能忍受的。。感觉比一般的连锁酒店标准还要差!!! 7、酒店为会员开的专门柜台居然没有前台人,需要去到位置后才有人过来还说要等一等正在为其他客人办理入住。 8、酒店周边有建筑施工噪音。 PS:投诉后酒店大堂副理问我有什么要求!已经睡了一晚要退房了我还有啥要求?说送早餐作为补偿。。。。。 December 5, 2014
