Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 进步非常大 从这家酒店刚开业到今年，已经入住四次，每一次都有进步。从刚开始的员工的相关知识不太熟悉（主要指对优悦会会员的待遇等）和入住退房的速度，到现在的各种热情、积极、主动，让人感触很大。 同我住过的全球不同国家的洲际集团的酒店一样，这一家已经做到了对优悦会精英会员提前安排升级房间、欢迎水果及第一次见面的问候，很感动（或许我感动点比较低吧，哈哈）。 一直喜欢假日酒店的装修，简单大方，用品整洁让人放心。同时餐饮也丰富。如果遇到需要解决的问题，总是能得到及时的微笑服务和反馈。希望你们一直坚持！ April 24, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 物超所值，值得推荐 站在酒店大门外的时候感觉不怎么样，因为门后比较小也比较拥挤，但是一走进大堂来到前台，感觉就不一样了，前台接待对优悦会会员的认知做的非常好！ 房间虽然空间不是很大， 但是房间虽小却布置很合理。 April 18, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A nice Holiday Inn just with small rooms The Holiday Innn @ Chengdu Oriental Plaza is a nice hotel which assures you standard service. The rooms here are kind of small and compact, but cozy enough. Upgreding me to a club floor with benifits was excellent. Most staff are friendly, concierge, front desk, restaurant (Shu Cafe), lobby bar, club lounge, and housekeeping. Buffet breakfast is acceptable, and coffee is pretty good better than some other Holiday Inns. Some food at Club Lounge for Happy Hour was impressing, very tasty Mexican Beef Pie. April 14, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 2013年2月14日入住贵酒店 2月14日入住贵酒店，酒店很新，这是我选择酒店的首要条件，备注的玫瑰花没有见到，前台免费升级到豪华间，发现只是楼层高一些而已，设施区别不大，先说下跟其他城市INN的区别，最大的区别就是浴室没有浴缸，空调的控制器是坏的，因为没显示只能乱按，要么很热要么很凉！没有每日报纸，房间的卫生做的不错，但是一些服务指南，INN宣传画册有些陈旧，明显翻阅的次数太多，送的果盘过于简陋，只有两个香蕉跟一个苹果，表扬下前台，check in跟check out速度很快，笑容可掬，俊男靓女很养眼，送我大堂吧饮品券，表示感谢！总之很喜欢成都，很喜欢INN,如果有浴缸就更完美了！ April 3, 2013
