Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good for a quick stay An Average experience compared to other hotels in the arae and also other holiday inn locations. Restaurant & food on premises is average but you can find good dining outside withing 3 miles. Customer service and Staff is not very friendly and kind of rude. An average settings overall and is good for a quick stay but not a good place for a relaxing Vacation. July 26, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Loud A/C helped mask our noisy neighbors! The benefit of the very loud air conditioning unit was that it helped (a little) to drown out the insane party noise coming from the adjoining room. Kids jumping off beds, music at volume 11, and screaming until 3 in the morning!! This, despite 2 calls to the front desk to complain. If the hotel responded, it didn't do any good. If we weren't already in bed, I'd have requested a new room. The hotel itself is okay, but the rooms could use a facelift. Ours seemed only superficially clean. And although we requested a room for 4, by the time I had my turn to shower (4 of 4), I had to use a small hand towel to dry off. And for some reason, there was no air conditioning in hallways or elevators, and it was a HOT night. Overall, unimpressed. July 23, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cherry Hill Does It Consistently I had poor service at Cherry Hill between 1999 and 2006. Now in 2015 it seems that nothing has changed. Noisy rooms and poor or non existent room / cleaning service. Try another HIE - any other hotel but this one July 22, 2015
