The hotel renovations turned out beautiful and the hotel staff were always friendly and accommodating. My room was spacious, and had a wonderful view of Philadelphia. I will definitely stay here again, as the hotel is in a great location; with close proximity to downtown Philadelphia, and shopping areas in the Cherry Hill area. July 10, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average hotel that does not meet Crowne Plaza standards This hotel is not necessarily bad, but it falls very short of what I normally expect from a Crowne Plaza branded hotel. Upon check in, the hotel changed my room and took away the king bed that I had originally booked without explanation. Other annoying details were a telephone that did not work, a TV that did not work, missing furniture from my room, peeling wallpaper and burned out light bulbs in the bathroom, and the AC unit was not turned on prior to my arrival. The room was 85 degrees when I first entered. It took multiple trips down to the front desk to rectify the situation (remember the phone didn't work....so I had to walk down there multiple times). The room carpet also had lint and other debris left from previous guests upon my arrival. Simply annoying for a tired traveler to have to deal with these things. It's not a bad hotel, but I will probably not return. IHG brands seem to have been slipping over the past year and I'm getting tired of it. July 2, 2014

In addition, the toilet leaked water so that the toilet tank recharged about once a minute. The front desk was most helpful in providing directions. The local restaurant map provided by the front desk was terrible and useless. All in all, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. July 1, 2014

Our room was comfortable. The pool was very relaxing bigger then what we expected. The pool area was kept clean and had towels available and comfortable seating. The hotel was well kept and everyone very friendly. The resturant was nice and food was good. The wait staff was ok, they seemed like they hovered over you and were in a hurry to get you out. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wedding stay Booked a room as part of a block of rooms for a wedding. Wedding guests were scattered all over the hotel. Very inconvenient. I thought we would all be able to be together. The room wasn't totally clean I found a dirty tissue on the floor. The ceiling in the room was patched, and not very well. I think for the price, the rooms should be better taken care of. The Reception room was beautiful and food was good. The staff was really polite and friendly. June 12, 2014

My room was great until I found out that the cable service In My room was not working on our TV. However every effort was made to fix the problem. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mixed emotions We arrived around 3:30 P.M. We were disappointed that there was no room for handicapped with two beds. A refrigerator was requested. We were informed it was on the way up. I had to make 4 calls. The refrigerator was finally delivered at 10:30 P.M. My room mate is diabetic and her medication needs to be refrigerated. Morning buffet was marginal, food was not hot. June 11, 2014
