Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not as good as usual I have stayed here numerous times. Usually it is very good. This time I was disappointed. There was garbage in the garbage cans this stay. The rest of the room was clean. The thermostat on the heater did not work right. It would not shut off. I had to get up all night to turn it off and on so that it would not get too hot. The pool and fitness room were nice. February 12, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rushed at check-in Booked the Best Rate with Breakfast on the IHG app. Then didn't get breakfast voucher at check-in or a gift bag for being a platinum member. Phone lines were down. The bar and bar food was good. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Just the only thing wasn't up to par, was the check-in experience. Felt rushed and not recognized as a platinum member. January 30, 2014

New furnishings, new paint and the help of a good interior designer/decorator would go a long way for this facility. January 15, 2014
