Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Inattentive Front Desk Upon checking in one front desk attendant asked us to move over to a 2nd front desk person because she was busy. After waiting in a line with the 2nd person another individual wondered up to the 1st person and indicated they were checking in. This attendant checked in the new comer without asking who was in line the longest. My 4th floor room was a long trek from the elevator - it was at the very corner of the building so opening the door I had hopes that with my gold status it was a larger room or suite. I was disappointed that it was an ordinary room with loud I-80 traffic noise coming thru the window. I thought of returning to the front desk for a different room but given the trek January 26, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Easy access from the interstate This hotel is near I 80 and to all the downtown activities, shopping and restaurants. It is dated but comfortable and has an on-site restaurant and lounge. There is a "no smoking" floor available. January 25, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice exterior Hotel looks better from outside and lobby, than it does from hallway or room - needs remodel. No free breakfast. Restaurant is over-priced and it's all deep-fried, probably frozen foods. I was the only one in the restaurant and they messed up my order and my bill. This place is ok, but there's better places to choose relative to the price. January 12, 2015

The staff was exceptionally helpful finding information on road conditions for our drive upon departure. They truly went the "extra mile" to help us determine that we could safely operate the moving van that we were driving. They also were very gracious and provided a great omelet for breakfast! Room was very clean and comfortable. Convenient to the freeway with services near by. January 7, 2015

The clerk kindly upgraded my room for being a platinum elite member and I was treated to an elegant suite. The beds are comfortable and the room was very clean.
