The room was prepared very well. From the second we walked in, it was very appealing. The lounge area was very inviting. Best Holiday Inn that I have been to.

Hotel looks better from outside and lobby, than it does from hallway or room - needs remodel. No free breakfast. Restaurant is over-priced and it's all deep-fried, probably frozen foods. I was the only one in the restaurant and they messed up my order and my bill. This place is ok, but there's better places to choose relative to the price.

Bitter cold and snowy when we arrived and when we departed. The staff was exceptionally helpful finding information on road conditions for our drive upon departure. They truly went the "extra mile" to help us determine that we could safely operate the moving van that we were driving.
They also were very gracious and provided a great omelet for breakfast!
Room was very clean and comfortable. Convenient to the freeway with services near by.

The front desk staff was friendly and gave me a warm greeting upon my arrival. The clerk kindly upgraded my room for being a platinum elite member and I was treated to an elegant suite. The beds are comfortable and the room was very clean. Enjoyed my visit and the hospitality is second to none.

I liked having a restaurant and bar in a hotel. It wasn't worth staying their for these amenities. The hotel is old, it is noisy from the guest or the highway next door. Just nothing special. The internet worked ok and the staff is very nice. If you need to stay their for a banquet it would be ok. The bed was comfortable.

Whole hotel needs to be updated from the '80s; decor is tired and 'old' feeling and projects a feeling of not being clean. Staff are great and friendly.

I was at the end of a very long hallway on an upper floor. My first set of keys one worked and one did not. My second set of keys was the same, except, after two days they both quit working. My final set of keys the one worked so I didn't bother checking the second.
My personal address and phone number was wrong on the bill. I was not asked either at the time of reservations or at the time of check in for updated information. (I moved three years ago.) I was told she did not have authority to change my address, but someone else would, and I would get a corrected bill in the mail, but I have not seen one.
Neither at the time of reservation nor the time of check in was I asked if I was an IHG® Rewards Club Members. I did not see it put on my account automatically, either.
The service in the cafe was very slow, even though there were not very many patrons at the time.

Being close to I-80 is both a blessing and a curse. Easy to get to but then you hear the traffic all night while trying to sleep.
