After numerous phone calls to this property and no response, I will leave our experience in this forum. After driving all day we arrived to a room which had not been vacuumed properly. The hallways and elevator lobby areas were filthy (food, crumbs, papers etc...) Housekeeping did arrive quickly to correct the problem in our room after I called. My husband had a very important meeting to prepare for that evening and wanted to take a hot bath to relax and clean up. This meeting involved his ability to continue working. There was no hot water and no hot tub. After inquiring at the front desk, they noted there had been a problem with the boiler and hot water should be available soon. We were offered to go to a neighboring hotel to shower (cold outside and snowing). Hot water did not arrive until late that evening and he was unable to clean up for his appointment. The next morning I took a quick tepid shower and my husband refused to as he was "not taking a cold shower". The front desk attendant offered us breakfast at the restaurant, but after all this we weren't sure what we'd get there either. There was NO management available as all of them were in a meeting (hopefully about how to get the boiler (hot water) fixed. Consequently we were very disappointed with our experience at Holiday Inn Cheyenne. I am not sure why you have signs posted at the front desk saying 100% satisfaction or money back. It shouldn't matter how I booked the room (on line) at your establishment, I would think you'd rather help remedy the situation and keep your reputation.

Even after being bombarded with an overflow of annoying kids, the staff remained poised and professional! Good job!

When we first arrived we could not enter the hotel as the doors were locked. We rang the bell and it took almost ten minutes for someone to open the door. When we entered the staff was very polite and recognized me as a Priority Club member. The room was big spacious and was very comfortable. The only issue that I had was that we had booked the Government Rate and they charged us the normal rate and as of yet I havent been able to get anyone to change this. But I would definately recommend this inn to anyone in the area.

Stayed one night passing through to South Dakota. Room was clean and quiet. We had one issue of getting double charged for the room because we used a reservation service, but with one phone call it was rectified easily. I would recommend this Hotel.

I work for a business that uses CLC (Corporate Lodging). I do not make the decisions on which Lodging Company we use. I have been told CLC is not good for the Motel/Hotels to deal with. As a result the rooms I get are not the best rooms. As a matter of fact probably the least desirable rooms. The People at this Holiday Inn negotiated the rate and agreed to the rates with CLC. I didn't.
I have worked for this company for over 34 years. I have stayed in motel/hotels for over 34 years. I know when I get less than the best treatment.
I do not have anything to do with the choice of our Lodging Company. I did not agree to the rates. I do get the less desirable rooms.
I have been staying at the Holiday Inns for a long time. I like the Holiday Inns because they seem to be the most consistent. Lately that has not been the case.
The only choice I have is where I stay. I am looking into other accommodations because of this.
Also I really enjoy the Priority Club. We don't get points because of the agreed to rates (I think). This is really not a good thing to do to a real regular customer. There are other rewards programs.
I will probably be looking around in the future.
