Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Decent but not great The hotel had a great front desk clerk. She was courteous and very friendly. The hotel lobby and surrounding areas were nice. The elevators only worked on one side and the other was out of commission for the duration of my stay. The rooms are pretty old and it shows especially in the bathroom and tub area specifically. There was a vertical line that ran through my TV but I was only there for a few hours and did not report it. Overall not bad but the hotel is older. October 27, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not what I had expected for a platinum customer When we checked in we were given a room on the 2nd floor. When I looked out the window all I saw was an ugly view of A/C units and ventilation systems, not what I had expected due to my platinum membership level. When I asked for a better room I was once again offered a room on the 2nd floor not far from the first room. Once again the view was that of a bare roof top with some ventilation fans but a super ugly view. I realized that there had been a large dog show that weekend but most were checking out. When arriving back to the hotel that evening after dining downtown the parking lot was a ghost yard...We could have been offered a much better room than what was offered, I was totally disappointed. A second point would be that the breakfast we ordered had hot and fresh cooked eggs, but cold hash browns along with really weak coffee. October 26, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by WOO-HOO!! NO MORE SMOKING ROOMS!!!!! Thank goodness the smoking rooms are finally gone. Makes a HUGE difference. Though you still sometimes have to walk through a smoking field to get into the hotel lobby and when exiting the side doors. Unpleasant. Rooms are comfortable and clean. NEW PILLOWS!! Awesome. I'm always staying on the weekend so there seems to be a function every time I'm there. And rowdy, loud people can be heard often. But the front desk staff has me in the computer with my room preferences and always does a FANTASTIC job getting me into a room that seems to be far enough away from the action that I can get some sleep. What can I report starting from the people at the front desk including the front desk "supervisor" was rude. I would never stay at this location again. October 13, 2014
