I liked having a restaurant and bar in a hotel. It wasn't worth staying their for these amenities. The hotel is old, it is noisy from the guest or the highway next door. Just nothing special. The internet worked ok and the staff is very nice. If you need to stay their for a banquet it would be ok. The bed was comfortable.

Whole hotel needs to be updated from the '80s; decor is tired and 'old' feeling and projects a feeling of not being clean. Staff are great and friendly.

I was at the end of a very long hallway on an upper floor. My first set of keys one worked and one did not. My second set of keys was the same, except, after two days they both quit working. My final set of keys the one worked so I didn't bother checking the second.
My personal address and phone number was wrong on the bill. I was not asked either at the time of reservations or at the time of check in for updated information. (I moved three years ago.) I was told she did not have authority to change my address, but someone else would, and I would get a corrected bill in the mail, but I have not seen one.
Neither at the time of reservation nor the time of check in was I asked if I was an IHG® Rewards Club Members. I did not see it put on my account automatically, either.
The service in the cafe was very slow, even though there were not very many patrons at the time.

Being close to I-80 is both a blessing and a curse. Easy to get to but then you hear the traffic all night while trying to sleep.

The staff are friendly and accommodating and the lobby is nice. The bed was saggy, furniture warn, wall paper coming off the walls. Only 2 elevators for the 6 floor building

I was attending a billiard tournament and the place was packed. They did a great job in all areas. The food was average but fast and at a reasonable price. The only thing that could be improved upon is updating the furniture and adding some color to brighten up hallways and rooms.

The room I had this time was in need of upgrading. The furniture was in rough shape, but the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable for my stay.

Nice comfortable room, with the only downside was that the lighting in the shower was kind of poor (pretty dark once you shut the shower curtain) and the large curtains on the window to outside didn't shut so kind of light in the room. Other than that, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the internet worked well. One weird thing was that when I reserved the room online, it asked if I wanted a free breakfast included. I did, but when I checked into my room, nothing was mentioned about breakfast or how/where I was supposed to get my free breakfast in the morning. After talking to the front desk, they has just forgotten my free breakfast coupon for the restaurant in the morning, and then they put the wrong date on the coupon. None of it a big deal but just kind of a pain. I was there for a conference being held in the hotel. And, it was really weird that the hotel had a restaurant, but it was only open for breakfast and supper.....not for lunch when those of us at the conference needed it. Also, the conference rom was freezing compared to the rest of the hotel.
